At the same time, strengthen the linkage and docking with national railway departments, take measures such as multi-point stops and balanced passenger flow between stations, add 3 pairs of trains at Beijing Railway Station and Fengtai Railway Station, and adjust 8 pairs of originating trains at Beijing Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Chaoyang Railway Station, Fengtai Railway Station and other stations to achieve connectivity between railway stations. Add 5 Beijing internal parking stations in Huairou South, Miyun, Miyun, Shunyi, and Shunyi West, and 7 Beijing peripheral parking stations in Zhuozhou, Zhuozhou North, Langfang, Gu'an, Guangyang, Yanjiao, and Gaobeidian East, and add 17 stops accumulatively to relieve the pressure of "seven stops" transport capacity and facilitate passengers to transfer nearby.

From February 6 to 8, and from February 15 to 18, according to the passenger flow and train flight operation, the delay measures for Metro Line 2, 4, 7, 14, 16 and two airport lines will be launched in time; According to the passenger flow, the bus frequency will be increased, and the night subway shuttle bus frequency at Chaoyang Station will be strengthened; Coordinate with the transportation management department to dynamically launch taxi security measures; Dock with the online car hailing platform, implement the station area incentive mechanism at the peak of passenger flow, and enrich the transportation capacity; 17 free shuttle bus routes are arranged at the seven major railway stations, which will be started in time according to the passenger flow.
There are 14 online car hailing pickup areas and supporting passenger waiting areas in the seven railway station areas to provide service guarantee for the last 100 meters of the "people car handshake". Outbound passengers can query through Didi Travel, Gaode Map, Baidu Map and other apps. Beijing Railway Station, Beijing West Railway Station, Beijing South Railway Station and Fengtai Railway Station optimize the service in the waiting area for online train hailing, and set up air-conditioned rooms and seats. The taxi hailing area of Fengtai station network is divided into zones and lanes according to the number of passengers' mobile phone numbers. The taxi hailing software directly prompts passengers to wait at the corresponding channel (6 channels in total) to improve the connection efficiency.
Optimize travel for the elderly and simplify taxi taking process
The municipal key station management committee, Beijing static traffic and municipal state-owned enterprises actively fulfill their social responsibilities and provide warm services for passengers. In combination with the passenger flow, 20 parking lots in the seven major railway station areas will take free parking for 30 minutes during the peak hours of departure and return.

Open the dead end road around key stations
Before the arrival of the Spring Festival travel, the broken roads around the station were opened up, so that passengers could take less wrong roads. For example, the Duantou Road at the south end of Chaoyang Station East Road is opened to connect Chaoyang Station East Road and Yaojiayuan Road, improving the travel environment at the east side of the station. At the same time, adjust the traffic flow lines around Chaoyang Station, optimize the traffic lights, turn around settings at intersections, etc., and improve the road traffic rate and turnover rate.
Fengtai Station area opened the Zhengyang Street section of Fengcao North Road before the Spring Festival transportation, completed the construction of the main trunk road of the "two horizontal and two vertical" supporting road network, further promoted the connection and integration of the road network, and unblocked the traffic order around Fengtai Station area.
On January 31, Beijing West Railway Station opened the Duantou Road, Guanglian Road, South Square, to pass through Guanglian Road, the first channel of the South Square bus station of the West Railway Station, and Zhanqian East Street, forming a big circulation of traffic flow. The vehicles connected at Guanglian Road do not have to turn back on the original road, and the traffic connection capacity of the South Square of the West Railway Station has been greatly improved.
