Opening process

The insured people in this city can use the medical insurance mobile payment service after activating their medical insurance code (medical insurance electronic voucher) and binding their bank card (paying directly with Alipay, without binding the card) through the "Jingtong" applet in Alipay and WeChat.

01. Activate medical insurance code (medical insurance electronic voucher)

The operation steps are as follows:

Step 1: On the "health service" page, click the "medical insurance electronic voucher" icon to enter the electronic voucher activation page;

Step 2: Check "I have agreed to authorize and read the following agreement in detail", and click the [Agree to activate and authorize] button;

Step 3: click [Start to collect face information], collect face information through mobile phone camera, and blink as prompted;

Step 4: After collecting face information, click the [Agree to the Agreement and Authenticate] button;

Step 5: authorize the Beijing medical insurance applet to use the medical insurance electronic voucher, and click the [Confirm] button to complete the authorization;

Step 6: Set the 6-digit medical insurance electronic voucher password to complete the activation of medical insurance electronic voucher.

02. Add (bind) a bank card?

The operation steps are as follows:

Step 1: On the "health service" page of "Jingtong", click the "medical insurance bank card management" icon to enter the bank card management page;

Step 2: Click [Add Bank Card] to enter the page of adding your bank card;

Step 3: On the page of adding your own bank card, enter your bank card number and click Next to enter the page of verifying bank card information;

Step 4: On the information page of bank card verification, input the mobile phone number, obtain the verification code, input the verification code, check "Read and agree to the Bank Card Service Agreement", and click the [OK] button to complete the bank card addition (card binding) operation.
