Xicheng District has promoted degree guarantee through regional resource adjustment and degree linkage inside and outside the district, adding 13000 compulsory education degrees. The district will also build a new 9-year consistent school in Taobai School District, and a new Rongfeng Middle School in Guangwai School District. The two schools are expected to be completed in 2025. Dongcheng District implemented the degree expansion goal of "one school, one case", and added more than 5000 compulsory education enrollment degrees.
