(1) The sample list proposed by the designer and the sample selected by the franchisee must be within the existing product system of Bardis and the products that can be loaded by the franchise store channel, and the products that are not listed, have no information in the ERP system, and are not included in the sample loading list;

⑵ The sample loading of the franchised store must comply with the Company's Sample Loading Standard; The selection of sample quantity and category must comply with the requirements in the design scheme. If it is inconsistent with the design scheme, it must communicate and negotiate with the designer. At the same time, Bardis has a veto on the design scheme;

⑶ The list of samples shall be jointly discussed and confirmed by the franchisee and the designer, and submitted to the column of "confirmation receipt of sample order". The designer shall submit it to the manager of the space design department and the director of the brand operation center for review. After the review is passed, it shall be submitted to the customer service department for processing.

(5) In order to ensure the product display effect, the company stipulates that the height of the first level ceiling in the second level ceiling shall not be less than 2500mm from the ground. If the actual height is less than 2500mm, the company has the right not to ship the relevant second level beam enhancements, and has the right to veto the sample loading effect of the ceiling. If the franchisee implements, the company will cancel the preferential policy of the sample loading order;

(6) The franchisee must follow the sample order and material order provided by Bardis. (7) If the franchisee has confirmed the sample loading design and the sample loading order, and the order has been entered into the system after being approved by the company, but the payment has not been made and the delivery order has been generated, if the franchisee puts forward the proposal for rectification, the sample loading drawing and order generation will be delayed for 6 working days;

(8) After the franchisee has confirmed the sample order and passed the review of the company, the order has been entered into the system, and a shipment order has been generated. If the franchisee extracts the modification comments, the order will not enjoy the company's preferential policy for sample loading.

(9) If the franchisee cannot install the sample products due to its failure to fully follow the construction drawings or the influence of external factors, the sample products will not be returned or replaced, and the franchisee will handle the sample products by itself;

(10) If the franchisee does not carry out construction completely according to the construction drawing, resulting in the wrong size of the sample products (refined frame secondary beam/JP-G secondary beam, etc.), which needs to be processed by the company, the freight shall be borne by itself, and it needs to ensure the safe transportation of goods. The company that has damage will not bear any responsibility, and the franchisee needs to pay the relevant processing costs;

(11) Auxiliary materials involved in the sample products (ceiling/wall), such as 38 main bones, 97 triangular keels, corner lines, etc., shall be uniformly allocated by the company's design scheme, and non Badis brand products shall not be used; If the franchisee insists, all samples involved shall be delivered at the original price;

(12) About single piece sample loading: the generation of sample loading orders is only limited to the distribution of ceiling sample packages (on sale/new products) in a complete set, and does not support distribution. If it is necessary to place single piece samples, it is only limited to the hardcover frame (1308 * 1308, 1308 * 981, 1471 * 981, 654 * 654, 1308 * 327, 981 * 490.5, 1635 * 654, 490.5 * 490.5
