    Artistic design and production process


    1、 About art material application

    For the first time, Badith will design, produce and deliver advertising pictures, logos, etc. uniformly according to the VI application of the franchise store. In case of self production or design application not according to the requirements, Badith will deduct points according to the normal acceptance of the franchise store, and cancel all subsequent graphic design support;

    2、 About the art production process

    1. Badith Space Design Department shall submit shop paper drawings (content: shop plan, advertising location construction elevation) to Badith Graphic Design Department;

    2. Bardis Graphic Design Department, through communication with the franchisee, approves the size and location of relevant advertising materials, starts unified planning and design according to the company's VI standard, and completes it within 3 working days. At the same time, it counts the number of materials produced and the cost details, and issues the document "Artistic Custom Application Standard (poster) (logo)", Send to the franchisee for confirmation, signature

    Return receipt and file filing;

    3. Inform the customer to make payment, the financial department confirms the collection and informs the Badis Graphic Design Department;

    4. The Graphic Design Department will send the documents (including: the art customization application standard EXCEL and the design source documents) to the designated art producer, and complete the production within 5 working days. At the same time, the art producer will check the relevant information "content", "size", "material", "customer information", "logistics information", and "material quantity" after the production "Contact information of graphic design department" and other information

    If there is no error, arrange to deliver the goods to the customer, and send the shipping material list to the Badith Graphic Design Department for verification and filing;

    5. Badith Graphic Design Department shall file the original and send the copy of the Shipping Bill of Materials to the customer for goods receipt;

    6. After receiving the materials, the franchised store needs to install in strict accordance with the construction drawings. After the installation is completed, it needs to take photos and send them back to the Graphic Design Department for review. After the review is passed, the Graphic Design Department will notify the finance department to pay to the art production partner (monthly settlement);

    7. Badith Graphic Design Department shall register and file relevant data for future store painting and logo replacement.
