● Product description
EGRNB01 series products use thermoplastic elastomer, also known as artificial rubber, synthetic rubber and plastic. Its products not only have the excellent properties of high elasticity, aging resistance and oil resistance of traditional cross-linked vulcanized rubber, but also have the characteristics of convenient processing and wide processing methods of ordinary plastics. It can be produced by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods. PVC/NBR is an elastic modifier of PVC, which is mainly a blend formed by partially cross-linked NBR mixed into PVC. It can be regarded as a modifier of PVC and a substitute for rubber. It is mainly used to manufacture rubber tubes, rubber plates, rubber sheets and some rubber parts.

● Product features
PVC/NBR material is an elastic closed cell foaming material with low thermal conductivity, fire resistance, moisture resistance, vibration and noise reduction, environmental protection and health, and long service life. Widely used in central air conditioning, construction, chemical industry, medicine, textile, metallurgy, ships, automobiles, electrical appliances and other related cold and hot medium pipes or containers, can achieve the effect of reducing cold and heat losses. Some use environments can replace EPDM to reduce cost.

● Storage conditions and validity period
The product is stored in the normal temperature, 20% - 80% RH environment; The validity period is 3-6 months after the production date.
