Product Launch Tutorial
Log in/register first

Store authorization (single store login)
1. First go to the login and registration page and click the "Single store user quick login" button;
2. After entering the "Login Name" and "Login Password" of AliExpress, click "Authorize and Login" to successfully log in to AliExpress Smart King.
Note: The authorization will expire after half a year. Remember to re authorize, or you will be unable to use the software.
Switch stores
On the top right corner of the home page after login, the store information will appear. Click the drop-down box and select the store in the list to switch.
On and off shelf management
1. Automatic shelving
1. Automatic launch includes three sub functions: [Launch Settings], [Launch Log] and [Function FAQ]. Click to switch to different function points;
2. If you want to enable the auto launch function, turn this switch on, and the system will be launched once every 15 minutes;
3. You can also select [Whole Store Product] or [Group by Product] for launch configuration;
4. You can choose the shelf life here. It is recommended to choose 14 days. The shorter the time, the greater the exposure probability.
5. Finally, remember the key point [Save Settings].
Note: If you have created the plan of [Smart On/Off], it is suggested that the function of "Auto On/Off" should also be enabled to achieve the best use effect.
2. Intelligent upper and lower shelves
The intelligent on and off shelves function can evenly distribute the time of goods on and off shelves in your store to various time periods in popular foreign countries. Goods are about to be off shelves when foreign buyers are at the peak of Internet surfing, which effectively increases the exposure of goods. It is highly recommended!
2.1 Plan List
At the beginning of use, the plan list is empty. At this time, you can click the "New Plan" button in the upper right corner to create a plan.
1. First, enter a [Plan Name] here for your convenience;
2. Select to add the products grouped by the whole store or part of the products to the intelligent listing plan. Here, pay special attention to that only one whole store plan can be created, and multiple products can be created by product grouping, but only one group can be added to one plan;
3. The national time zone is selected here. Generally, the country you mainly do is selected, and the software will automatically convert you to the time corresponding to the foreign time zone for operation;
4. The main purpose here is to set the prime time. It is recommended to use the time period provided by us by default. Of course, you can also set the specific time yourself;
5. Finally, remember to click [Submit Cloud Plan] to save the information you just set, so that you can see it in the plan list.
If the above settings cannot meet your needs, when you pull down, you will find the distribution ratio of intelligent online and offline. You can add or subtract the percentage yourself to fine tune the local percentage. Finally, of course, remember to click "Submit Cloud Plan".
After the creation of the intelligent upper and lower shelves, we can go back to the [Plan List] and see the plan just created. In addition, there are more operations for you to choose from.
Special attention should be paid here: if the number of participating products is inconsistent with the number of products sold by AliExpress, you can click [Synchronize Products] in the operation to update. In addition, newly released goods are automatically added to the cloud plan, and the system intelligently allocates new goods according to the cloud plan matching table, so that the time for the original goods to go on or off the shelves is not affected.
2.2 Manual adjustment
1. First select the goods you need to adjust manually. If there are too many goods, you can search and filter them here;
2. Click this place to pop up a time selector. After adjusting the time you need to modify, click OK;
3. Here is the time point you have adjusted;
4. If you are sure to modify the launch time, remember to click [Save Settings].
2.3 Product distribution diagram
In the [Product Distribution Map], we can see the daily or hourly availability of goods at a glance.
3. Timed rack up and down
