4. Application Scenario
The temperature detection of the motor is realized through the Pt100 thermal resistance installed inside the motor. When the temperature changes within a certain range, its resistance value changes linearly with the temperature change. The function of the isolator is to convert the temperature signal into a linear current or voltage signal after processing for subsequent reprocessing. Through the three wire connection, the thermal resistance signal is connected to the isolator, through which the temperature signal from the motor is isolated and converted into a 4-20mA current signal, and then fed back to the display screen through PLC, so as to achieve real-time monitoring and display of temperature. When the temperature reaches the set value, the PLC control system will automatically cut off the power supply of the motor to achieve temperature protection of the motor.
