The procedure for obligee to send copyright complaint to 925G mobile game website is as follows:

1、 Notifier

If you think that the audiovisual content uploaded and disseminated by 925G mobile game users through the information storage space provided by 925G mobile game network infringes your right of information network dissemination or deletes or changes the electronic information of the right management of your copyrighted works, you can submit a written notice to 925G mobile game network online or offline to request the deletion of the infringing works, Or disconnect the link between the work and 925G mobile game network.

The notice must be signed by the obligee or the person legally authorized by the obligee. If it is a unit, it must also be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

The notice shall include the following contents (it is recommended to adopt the annex to this copyright policy: "Model format issued by the National Copyright Administration"):

（1） Name (name), contact information, address, copy of ID card (natural person), copy of unit registration certificate (unit) of the obligee;

（2） It is required to delete or disconnect the exact name and network address of the infringing works, so that the 925G mobile game network can find and confirm the infringing works;

（3） Preliminary evidence that constitutes infringement, including but not limited to the ownership certificate of the copyright of the work or the legal right of information network dissemination.

You should be responsible for the authenticity of the notice. If the content of the notice is untrue, the obligee will bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. The 925G mobile game website will:

（1） Immediately delete the works suspected of infringement, or disconnect the links of the works suspected of infringement, and at the same time transfer the notice to the work provider;

（2） In addition to performing the counter notification procedure, 925G Mobile Games has the right to terminate the use of the same account at any time without prior notice for users who use the same account to upload the same infringing works multiple times.

2、 Anti notification procedure After receiving the notice from the obligee forwarded by 925G mobile game website, 925G mobile game website users or resource providers who believe that the works they provide do not infringe the rights of others can submit a written description of the anti notification to 925G mobile game website, requesting to restore the deleted works or disconnected works links. The counter notice must be signed by the obligee or its legal authorized person, and if it is a unit, it must also be stamped with the official seal of the unit. The counter notice shall include the following contents (it is recommended to adopt the annex to this copyright policy: "Model format issued by the National Copyright Administration"):

（1） Name (name), contact information, address, copy of ID card (natural person), copy of unit registration certificate (unit) of the work provider;

（2） It is required to restore the exact name and network address of the deleted work or the disconnected work, so that the 925G mobile game network can find and confirm this work;

（3） Preliminary proof materials that do not constitute infringement, including but not limited to the ownership certificate of the copyright of the work or the legal right of information network dissemination.

The user or work provider shall be responsible for the authenticity of the counter notice. If the content of the counter notice is untrue, the provider will bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. The 925G mobile game network will immediately restore the deleted works or disconnected works links after receiving the counter notification from the user or the works provider that meets the legal requirements, and at the same time, it will forward the counter notification from the user or the works provider to the obligee. 925G mobile game network will not bear any legal responsibility for the restoration of deleted works or the disconnection of works links. The obligee shall not notify the 925G mobile game website to delete the work or disconnect the link with the work.
