It's the same. The land certificate is the legal basis for the land owner or land user to enjoy the land ownership or use right.
According to relevant national regulations, there are three types of land certificates issued in China at present:
1. Collective land ownership certificate. The people's government at the county level shall register the land collectively owned by farmers, issue the collective land ownership certificate and determine the ownership.
2. Collective land use certificate. The people's government at the county level shall register the collectively owned land legally used for non-agricultural construction, issue a collective land use certificate and confirm the right to use construction land.
3. State owned land use right certificate. The people's government at or above the county level shall register and record the state-owned land used by units and individuals according to law, issue the state-owned land use right certificate, and confirm the state-owned land use right.
4. Certificate of other land rights. The people's governments at or above the county level shall register and record the approved land rights, issue certificates of other land rights, and confirm other land rights.
