The Shenma webmaster platform doesn't know what is going on. An insecure http submission data is loaded into an https website, which leads to the failure of MIP data submission websites to obtain Authkey, or Shenma may want to restrict everyone from using this function.
The following method can only be used to obtain the Authkey from the MIP data submission website on the new website added to the Shenma webmaster platform. If you want to update the old website that has obtained the Authkey, you can only delete the website and add it again.
This method is also unsuccessful in some browsers. You can try it in other browsers. I personally tested that the 360 speed browser failed to get it, and then Huawei browser could get it normally.
On the MIP data submission page, press F12 to enter the following code and press Enter to execute:
$('head').append('<meta http-equiv="Content-Security-Policy" content="upgrade-insecure-requests">');
Then click Update to successfully obtain the Authkey.
