Introduction to the Journal of Language Studies
Language Research is one of the most important academic journals of linguistics in China. It is a core Chinese journal. It was founded in 1981, sponsored by the China Language Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (formerly Huazhong University of Science and Technology), and edited by Wei Chi Zhiping. Language Studies takes all languages in China as its research object, and combines the strengths of traditional linguistics and modern linguistics. It aims to establish a linguistic theory and methodology system with Chinese characteristics, so as to promote the development of Chinese linguistics.

Notice for contribution of Language Research Magazine
1. The contributions require novel topics, distinctive views, accurate materials and strong persuasion, which have certain academic exchange value.
2. The author shall ensure that the manuscript is not submitted more than one time, does not involve confidentiality, and has no dispute about the signature. This magazine has the right to make necessary amendments to the contributions. If you do not agree with the amendments, please explain when you submit your contributions. 3. Requirements for the writing format of the thesis: the author's name, work unit, zip code, telephone number, thesis title, abstract, key words, text and references must be clearly written; The signatures of several authors must be approved by other authors, arranged in order, and will not be changed after receiving the employment notice.
4. The units of measurement, figures and years in the text should be written in accordance with international standards or national regulations. If there are quotations, please indicate the source. "References" should be listed at the end of the text, indicating the author, bibliography, volume, edition and year of publication.
5. In order to ensure the academic quality, 2200~4000 words are generally preferred for contributions, and the minimum number is 2000 words.
