1. The text of the main body, in No. 5 Song typeface, single line spacing, upper and lower margins, left and right margins all use the default settings of the Office software.

2. The names shall be arranged in order under the title of the article. The signature of multiple authors shall be approved by other authors, and the order shall be determined at the time of submission. It will not be changed after receiving the employment notice.

3. The name and number of the funded project to which the research achievement belongs should be accompanied by English translations of the title, author's name, organization, keywords and abstract.

4. References shall be quoted from official publications, and the author shall read them in person. Arabic numerals and square brackets shall be used to mark the upper corner at the end of the paragraph in the text of the manuscript according to the order in which they appear.
