1. It conforms to the editorial policy and publishing purpose of the journal, with healthy content, strong academic nature, authenticity, scientificity, theory, practicality, innovation, concise writing, fluent sentences, clear theme and prominent focus.

2. The author's information shall include the author's name, work unit (the work unit shall be standardized, unified and stable, and write the first and second level units), city name and postal code, as well as the English translation of the author's name, work unit and city name. In addition, detailed mailing address, postal code, e-mail, contact telephone, fax, etc. shall be provided.

3. Headings at all levels in the body of the manuscript are set according to the hierarchy of "one", "(one)", "1." and "(1)", in which the headings below "1." (excluding "1.") are not only in lines, but also in line with the body.

4. The 300~500 word Chinese abstract is a summary of the views in the text in the third person, which can concisely reflect the main content information of the paper. 3~6 keywords are appropriate.

5. The hierarchical titles in the body should be short and clear, and the titles at the same level should be aligned as far as possible. Titles at different levels should be related to each other in terms of content. There is no punctuation at the end of the question, and the content is written in one word blank.

6. All notes in the paper use footnotes. Use the serial number 123... to superscript "123..." in the text, and at the same time rank the list of notes after the paper 123... All the notes that belong to the source of the literature are included in the reference.

7. The figures or tables in the text are arranged in the order of Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3,... or Table 1, Table 2, Table 3,... respectively.
