1. The preliminary draft does not require a uniform style, but must include the title, abstract, keywords, and body. Authors should strictly abide by academic norms, and all citations must be detailed with the source.
2. The bibliographic description of the references is listed in the text by numbers and square brackets. The description format is as follows: serial number, main author, literature and carrier, and publication item (publisher, publication date).
3. The titles at all levels of the paper shall be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals. Generally, the title level shall be three levels, no more than four levels, and the first level shall be 1, 2, 3; 1.1, 1.2, 1.3...... For Level II; 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3... for Level 3.

6. Write in the third person without subjects such as "text". Considering that Chinese readers can refer to the original works in Chinese, in order to save space, the Chinese abstract can be simplified (about 200 words), while the English abstract is relatively specific (about 400 content words).
7. The source of funds (project name and number), the author's profile (name, date of birth, gender, professional title, degree, profession or work engaged), e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc. shall be indicated at the foot of the first page of the article.
8. Text: The topics in the text are novel in thought, clear in view, reliable in argument, clear in chart, accurate in data, and the contents of the manuscript shall not reveal state secrets.
9. The unit of measurement shall comply with the relevant provisions of the International System of Units and its Application/General Principles of Quantities, Units and Symbols (All Parts) Quantities and Units (GB3100/3101/3102-1993) and shall be expressed in unit symbols.
10. The words must be clean and spiritual, and they should refuse to be straightforward, and oppose conceptualization and rigid structure.
