1. A note is an explanation or supplement to a specific content of the paper. Notes in the text shall be listed at the end of the text in the order of the text, and shall be marked with Arabic numerals with circles.

2. The references are listed after the text and after the notes according to the order of occurrence in the text. The serial numbers of references are represented by numbers and square brackets, such as [1], [2], [3]..., which is consistent with the format of the indicating serial numbers in the text.

3. The Chinese title of the manuscript is limited to 20 characters, and the font of the title is Song typeface, bold; Author Song Ti No. 4; Executive summary, key words in regular script No. 5.
