Founded in 1971, Shandong Forestry Science and Technology is a comprehensive academic journal of forestry jointly sponsored by the Shandong Academy of Forestry Sciences and the Shandong Forestry Society. It is a bimonthly journal, publicly distributed at home and abroad, and solicits contributions from domestic and foreign forestry and related field workers. 1 The overall requirements are clear argument, accurate information, reliable data and concise words. The research report generally does not exceed 6000 words, and the research brief and practical technology generally do not exceed 4000 words.

2. The author's signature and the first author of the unit shall be the author of the manuscript. If there are exceptions, please indicate.

3. Writing order of the manuscript Title, author, author's work unit, address of the unit (attached with the name of the province, city and zip code), Chinese abstract, keywords (3~8), text, thanks and references. The research report shall be accompanied by English title, author's name, author's unit, abstract and key words before the text.

4 Major research projects and funded projects marked with projects shall be indicated at the end of the front page (including project source, name and project number).

5 The title should reflect the specific content of the article in concise and accurate words, generally no more than 20 words, and can be added with subtitles when necessary. The title should avoid using non-public abbreviations, words and codes.

6 The abstract should completely and accurately summarize the substantive content of the manuscript, and be independent and self explanatory, generally 100~300 words. The English abstract is consistent with the Chinese 168 abstract.

7 Headings at all levels of the text are written in Arabic numerals consecutively, such as: 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, 2, 2.1, 2.1.1..., generally not more than 3 levels.

8 Figures and tables shall be self explanatory and shall not be repeated with words. The chart must be clearly analyzed and completely marked. The chart must have clear main and secondary lines, and the table must be a three line table. Black and white photos must have clear images and moderate contrast, and the magnification shall be indicated when submitting the manuscript. Color photos are generally not used.

9. The quantity and unit shall use the legal measurement unit according to the national standard. Units such as mu, jin and ruler will no longer be used. The writing should be standardized, and the capital and lowercase letters in foreign languages, orthographic and italic characters, and upper and lower corner marks should be clear.

10 The reference documents adopt the sequential coding system, and the references are marked with the text according to the sequence of the text. The upper right corner of the reference cited in the text is marked with the number in parentheses, which is consistent with the reference number at the end of the text. The references at the end of the article only list the main published literatures. The description format is: Journal: [serial number] Author (try to list all). Title [J].
