We should strengthen law enforcement, and seriously investigate and deal with enterprises that still do not meet the requirements of laws, regulations and safety specifications after rectification within a time limit; The industrial and commercial departments shall crack down on and ban the unlicensed and unlicensed processing points that use elevators; For those who refuse to rectify, the township (sub district) shall take the lead to carry out joint law enforcement and resolutely investigate and ban them; Those suspected of committing crimes shall be transferred to the judicial organ for disposal.

(3) Summary and consolidation stage

All villages and towns (streets) should maintain the strength of safety hazard management of simple elevators, establish and improve the daily supervision account of simple elevators and the system of hierarchical management, listing supervision and tracking management of hidden dangers. The safety supervision and quality supervision departments should increase their efforts to "crack down on illegal behaviors of simple lifts", focus on building a dynamic supervision system for hidden dangers throughout the city, and gradually form a long-term mechanism for troubleshooting hidden dangers of special equipment. Each township (street) shall report the confirmation summary table of non special equipment lifts (Annex 1), the confirmation list of non special equipment lifts (Annex 2), and the classification summary table of hidden danger troubleshooting of simple lifts of special equipment to the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau and the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau respectively after the rectification.

(1) Strengthen leadership and clarify responsibilities. The township (sub district) and industry competent departments should earnestly strengthen the leadership of the special rectification work of fixed simple elevators, establish a special rectification work leading group according to the requirements of the city's "Year of Work Safety" and "Year of Improving the Foundation of Work Safety", perform local supervision responsibilities, strengthen governance according to law, and further improve the level of work safety assurance; All relevant functional departments should earnestly perform their duties of production safety supervision and increase the investigation and punishment of illegal cases.

(2) Create atmosphere and form resultant force. In combination with the accident cases of simple lifts, we should vigorously promote the importance of safe use of simple lifts, widely mobilize the supervision forces of all social parties, strengthen the linkage between towns (streets) and departments, strengthen the troubleshooting and treatment of hidden dangers in the use process, and improve the safety management level of simple lifts.
