3、 Penalty provisions

Therefore, it is necessary to make deep research, summary and demonstration based on the actual situation of waste utilization in the construction of urban municipal roads, so as to accumulate more scientific, reasonable and mature methods in this regard, ensure the construction quality of roads, and reflect higher benefits.

1、 Instance Background

According to the design data, the surface garbage soil within the scope of the road works is deep, the maximum thickness is 7m, and it is loose. According to the observation of the side walls of the rainwater and sewage ditches excavated at the construction site, the surface along the line is deeply buried with garbage, with a maximum depth of 8.5m, and the composition and density are different. According to the investigation, this line was originally the riverbed on the left bank. The current ground in the river embankment was formed after the 1980s. It was formed by the dumping of construction waste and domestic waste in urban and surrounding rural areas for many years, with different composition and large burial depth.

Therefore, the disposal of deep buried garbage along the road has become a key point of road construction, and the key to ensure the subgrade quality and the final road design and construction success or failure.

2、 Treatment scheme

6. Test and detection

The construction process of the test section strictly implements the design requirements, accepts the supervision inspection and control, and follows the construction specifications. The work is detailed and effective, and the replacement treatment is in place. After the completion of the subgrade in the test section, the testing agency was entrusted to conduct the field deflection value test. The LS data was actually 168.29~194.13, which was significantly different from the designed 248.5 (0.01mm). The results show that the design of subgrade waste soil treatment is insufficient, and the next construction must be adjusted.

3、 Scheme after change

In combination with the conclusion data of the construction of the test section, the parties involved in the construction have discussed that the waste subgrade treatment of the road project, except for the 600m test section, will be replaced with a 2.0m plan. Among them, the 1.6m lower layer is backfilled with on-site waste soil, the control content of domestic waste is 5%, and the maximum particle size of construction waste is not more than 12cm; The upper 40cm layer is respectively from 20cm plain soil and 20cm lime soil (8%) to the road bed surface; Lay a layer of two-way plastic geogrid at -1.2m and -2.0m below the roadbed surface.

On the basis of the implementation of the subgrade waste treatment scheme, since the compactness of the construction waste soil cannot be detected, the control method of the relevant parameters for the continued implementation of the subgrade treatment and filling is formulated to ensure the construction quality of the subgrade project. Key parameters are: virtual paving thickness of backfill, tonnage of rolling machinery and rolling times.

1. After clearing the surface, the excavation and filling of subgrade shall be carried out according to the control of elevation and line position. The construction waste soil in the excavation area is better and transported to the filling area on site, and the domestic waste soil is transported out. Due to the large replacement depth and excavation volume, the green belts on both sides must be used to temporarily stack the earthwork. The excavation and filling areas shall ensure at least 2.0m replacement depth below the roadbed surface.

Considering the mutual influence between the elevation of rainwater engineering pipeline and gravel foundation and the laying elevation of the upper and lower layers of geogrid on the subgrade, after the subgrade replacement is excavated or filled to the bottom surface of -2.0m below the roadbed, the rainwater ditch shall be excavated at the bottom surface of the replacement. After the foundation gravel is laid, the lower layer of geogrid shall be laid, and then the on-site soil and gravel (pipe trench part) shall be used At the same time, fill to the elevation of the bottom of the rainwater pipe, and then fill to the height above the top of the rainwater pipe with the full section of the site soil. Then, excavate the rainwater pipe trench to the design height of the pipe bottom, treat and level the foundation gravel previously laid, and then lay the medium coarse sand cushion at the pipe bottom to complete the pipe laying and installation, inspection well construction and trench backfilling. Then lay the upper layer of geogrid on it, fill it with on-site soil and gravel (pipe trench part) at the same time until the pipe top is covered with 0.5m, and then fill it with on-site soil in full cross section to a height of -0.4m below the roadbed surface. Finally, a layer of 0.2m plain soil and a layer of 0.2m 8% lime soil shall be filled to the roadbed elevation. In case of conflict between geogrid and pipe elevation during this construction process, the laying elevation of geogrid can be adjusted within 40cm above and below, but the geogrid of the whole layer shall not be disconnected at the transverse section of subgrade.

2. Selection of filling materials

According to the status of waste soil in the excavation area, a large amount of domestic waste should be removed and transported out. Construction waste and its mixed soil should be selected for use. The content of domestic waste should be controlled within 5%. The maximum particle size of construction waste should not exceed 12cm. Attention should be paid to the control and adjustment of water content and composition.

3. Manual cooperation at construction site

For the mixed soil of construction waste transported to the filling area, spread it out mechanically, bulldoze it with a bulldozer, and manually pick up and clean the plastic, rags, steel bars, tree roots, timber, grass, etc.

4. Special treatment for individual sections

During construction, after 2.0m of subgrade replacement excavation, when encountering complex geology such as soft soil, miscellaneous fill of domestic waste and chicken house shaped domestic waste pit, deepen the replacement by 3.0-5.0m.

5. Backfilling control parameters

Manual laying, nylon rope binding and lapping, steel nail positioning, mechanical backfilling and embedding are adopted. During the paving process, wrinkles and unevenness shall be avoided, and vehicles shall not be driven into the area for rolling, and the surface of the lower layer shall be free from debris and sharp rock blocks. When paving soil materials, vehicles shall not turn around on the soil cushion. When the thickness of the filled soil materials is less than 30cm, heavy compaction machinery shall not be used for compaction.

7. Test and detection

The construction process strictly implements the design requirements, accepts the supervision inspection and control, and follows the construction specifications. The work is detailed and effective, the replacement treatment is in place, and the compaction and appearance effects are good. According to the field test of the subgrade deflection value conducted by the testing agency again, the actual LS data is 273.34~313.28, which meets the design requirements of 248.5 (0.01mm), and the subgrade quality is solid and reliable.

4、 Operation effect

After the overall completion of the road project, after two years of actual operation, the reliability and actual effect of the two treatment schemes are quite different. In the 600m test section with 1.0m replacement, the pavement has earthworm like cracks that are not connected horizontally, the maximum width of which is 8mm, and one crack every 12-15m in the longitudinal direction, indicating that the subgrade strength and integrity are insufficient. The normal construction section is 1500m long. Although it has been running for two years, there are numerous vehicles of different sizes passing through, but the appearance, integrity, flatness, etc. have not changed at all. No longitudinal and transverse cracks are found, which fully meets the quality standards of normal roads. All parties have evaluated it as excellent and reliable.

To sum up, how to dispose of construction waste in the demolition of urban construction and how to dispose of construction waste deeply buried in the construction of municipal road subgrade has become an important and common problem in the urbanization construction, both of which have the same character. For construction waste, the key to solve this problem is how to avoid dumping and on-site utilization, and how to formulate scientific and applicable methods. 2、 Work objectives

1. Each village requires supporting breeding wastewater treatment facilities for large-scale breeding enterprises within its jurisdiction, so as to realize comprehensive utilization of livestock wastewater and waste residue, and thoroughly solve the water pollution caused by livestock breeding. For livestock and poultry farmers, it is required that sewage should not be discharged randomly.

3. Further clean up river blocking fishing nets, purse seine nets, net lifting, cage breeding, strengthen the investigation of sewage outlets, and eliminate the indiscriminate establishment of sewage outlets into the river.

4. We will vigorously promote comprehensive improvement of the rural environment. We will accelerate the pace of building a "new countryside", effectively improve the rural environment, stack rural domestic waste in an orderly manner, and uniformly dispose of it. It is prohibited to dump domestic waste into rivers and ponds.

5、 Job requirements

(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. Our township has set up a leading group for the special renovation of rural river, lake, pit and pond water bodies to guide the township's river, lake, pit and pond water body renovation work.
