At present, the trend of production development in the world is the production mode of small batch and multiple varieties, which is suitable for cost calculation by batch method. At present, only 5.7% of enterprises in China use the batch method to calculate costs, and the advanced activity-based costing and cost planning methods have not been popularized in enterprises.
Second, the enterprise cost management system is poor. The lack of research on the relationship between cost management methods can not form a systematic system of cost management methods. The introduction of new cost management methods leads to the abandonment of the original methods, which makes the cost management lack consistency; The traditional cost research is limited to the internal enterprise, lacking the thinking of strategic management.
Third, the cost management of enterprises can not meet the requirements of market concepts. Many enterprises divide and calculate the product cost according to the cost habit. By increasing the output, the fixed cost shared by the unit product can be reduced. As a result, enterprises unilaterally reduce product costs by increasing output regardless of market demand for products.
Fourth, the content and form of enterprise cost management theory is single. Many Chinese enterprises only pay attention to financial cost accounting and lack management cost accounting in the specific cost accounting; Pay attention to the accounting of production costs, while ignoring the accounting of costs in the process of product design and sales costs.
3、 Suggestions on cost management with statistical analysis method
The first is to use advanced statistical analysis methods. With first-hand data such as data and information, enterprises should also carry out scientific and effective calculation and analysis of these data, collect relevant data, so that scientific and effective statistical work can be carried out.
