Journal of food science and technology

Journal of Food Science and Technology (formerly Journal of Beijing Technology and Business University (Natural Science Edition)) was founded in 1983. It is a professional food journal headed by Beijing Municipal Education Commission, sponsored by Beijing Technology and Business University, and edited by Professor Sun Baoguo, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

The Journal of Food Science and Technology mainly publishes the latest scientific research achievements in basic research, processing technology, storage and freshness preservation, analysis and detection, cleaner production, safety supervision, machinery and packaging technology in food science and technology and related fields, including research papers exploring new theories, new methods and new technologies, as well as high-quality review articles reflecting the cutting-edge development of food science.

1、 Manuscript requirements

The content is authentic, the data is reliable, the viewpoint is clear, and the logic is rigorous. It is innovative, scientific, accurate, practical and readable. The author shall ensure that there is no signature dispute, no multiple submissions, no leakage of secrets, no political issues, and he shall bear his own responsibility. Each manuscript (including text, charts, references, Chinese and English abstracts, etc.) generally does not exceed 6000 words. There must be a Chinese and English title, the author's name and unit, a Chinese and English abstract within 400 words, 3~8 Chinese and English keywords, Chinese and English table and figure titles.

2、 Submission and manuscript processing cycle

Authors can log in our journal's acquisition and editing system to submit their contributions. Please write in the format of our journal's contribution template, which can be downloaded from the acquisition and editing system. The journal adopts double blind review by experts and authors. The journal will generally send handling opinions within one month from the date of receiving the manuscript that meets the publishing requirements. If it is overdue, please check with the editorial department; Those who have not received the handling opinions for 3 months can handle them by themselves. 3、 References

There are about 25 references for general research papers, and no less than 15 references for general research papers, and no less than 30 references for review papers. In research papers and review papers, the number of references in recent 5 years is not less than half of the total number of references, and the number of foreign language references is not less than 5. For the format of references, please refer to GB/T7714-2005 Bibliographic Description Rules for Subsequent References. The upper right corner of the reference in the manuscript shall be marked with square brackets in accordance with the order in which the references appear. The description format of monographs and periodicals is:

(If there are more than three authors, only the first three will be listed, followed by "etc.")

4、 Copyright

Once the manuscript is accepted by the journal, the author must agree to transfer the copy right, distribution right, information network communication right and compilation right of the manuscript to our journal, and we will pay a lump sum of remuneration when publishing the paper journal. The author who disagrees should make a statement at the time of submission, otherwise it will be deemed as agreement.
