1 Please indicate the following information: author's name, title/position, work unit, contact number, e-mail address, and postal code.
2. The arguments of the contributions are clear, the data are reliable, and the words are concise and accurate. Generally, there are about 3000 words of contributions and no more than 5000 words of summary contributions. For manuscripts involving national or local funded projects, please indicate the name and number of the funded project, and attach copies of relevant approval documents. This journal will give priority to employment. The contribution shall be at his own responsibility, and he and his unit shall be responsible for confidentiality review.
3 In addition to the main text, the incoming manuscript shall be accompanied by Chinese and English titles, abstracts, and keywords. The title of the article is required to reflect the content of the manuscript concisely and appropriately, generally not more than 20 words; The purpose, method, result and conclusion of the research work shall be stated, and the existing information in the title shall not be simply repeated or the subjective opinions, explanations or comments of the author shall be added, which generally does not exceed 150 words; Key words should be selected from 3 to 8 according to the content of the article.
4 Please use word software for typesetting, and the foreign language and its abbreviations in the text should be translated into Chinese when they appear for the first time.
5. The legal unit of measurement shall be adopted for all quantities and units. Amount/unit used in formula, data, curve chart and narrative text.
6 The figures and tables in the text should be as simple as possible, and too many or too large should be avoided. The same source data should not be repeatedly quoted in the figures and tables. The figures and tables should be placed in the middle of the text. All figures and tables should have Chinese figure sequence, table sequence, figure name and table name. The text and lines in the drawing are clear, and the text in the drawing is marked in Chinese.
7 The references shall be arranged in the order in which they appear in the text, and shall be marked with upper corner marks in the corresponding places in the text. Unpublished literature shall not be quoted. The description content shall be complete, and the format is as follows:

8 The chapter number of the article is compiled according to the Numbering Method of Scientific and Technological Literature Chapters. The specific method is as follows: first level title 1 (left top grid), second level title 1.1 (left top grid), third level title 1.1.1 (left top grid), and then described in turn according to (1), 1), ①. The title text should be concise, generally no more than 15 words, and no punctuation marks should be added after the title. The item description can be preceded by a number, such as 1), ① or *, *, *.
9. Please do not submit more than one manuscript. The editorial department will notify the author as soon as possible whether the publication is available. If the publication notice is not received within 3 months, you can handle it yourself. The editorial department of the journal has the right to make appropriate amendments to the contributions. All contributions will not be returned. The author is requested to keep his own manuscript.
