Previously, Li Yifei was the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the Chairman of China New Construction Corporation.
According to public data, Li Yifei, male, Han nationality, was born in Mojiang, Yunnan in January 1964. He started working in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1984. He has a university degree and a master's degree in public administration.
In his early years, Li Yifei worked in the former Department of Labor and Personnel of Yunnan Province, the Economic and Trade Commission of Yunnan Province and other units. Later, he served as the deputy director of Yunnan Nonferrous Geology Bureau and the deputy secretary of Diqing Prefecture Party Committee of Yunnan Province. In December 2007, Li Yifei was identified as the principal office level.
In 2009, Li Yifei was transferred to the post of Deputy Secretary of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee for three years, during which he also served as Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee for one year. In 2012, Li Yifei served as Deputy Secretary General and Director of the General Office of Yunnan Provincial Government, and in 2015, he served as Secretary General of Yunnan Provincial Government. In January 2016, Li Yifei was appointed Secretary General of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Organs, and in May of the same year, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee.
In 2017, Li Yifei was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and head of the Organization Department.
In 2020, Li Yifei made another trans provincial adjustment and was transferred to the post of member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and head of the Organization Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In July 2021, Li Yifei will be appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Autonomous Region. In October 2021, Li Yifei served as the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the Chairman of China New Construction Group Corporation. So far, I have taken up my new duties.
Li Yifei is a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
Liang Yanshun, the former secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, has become the secretary of Anhui Provincial Party Committee.
