It is worth noting that this action of the PLA fighter's flight path is very rare. Although the scale of combat aircraft is not the highest in a single day, it encircles the island from four directions: north, middle, south and east, forming a 270 degree encirclement of the island. In addition to the airspace near Ishigaki Island and Naguni Island in Japan on the northeast side of Taiwan Island, PLA military aircraft almost completely "locked" Taiwan Island that day.

Normally most of the time, most of the fighters are still operating near the "midline", and a small number of islands are introduced before the meeting to complete the encirclement.
