Do you still remember when we began to clean up Hong Kong independence?
It was the time to issue the Hong Kong National Security Law after the storm of amendment. Then 291 people were brought to justice for endangering national security.
This time, the "two high and three high" joint release of the "Opinion" aimed at Taiwan independence is more like Taiwan's version of the national security law. Taiwan independence activists can be sentenced to death at most, and can be tried in absentia and prosecuted for life.
Previously, I called in relevant articles that the country should further revise and improve the Anti Secession Law, and legally strengthen the punishment and deterrence of Taiwan independence elements. Unexpectedly, the state moves so fast, which also means that the process of cross-strait reunification is accelerating!
And everyone should note that this time, the Opinions came into effect immediately. In other words, the window of reunification has basically closed, and the goodwill and patience of the mainland towards Taiwan have almost been exhausted. As long as the armed forces are unified, the law enforcement agencies can arrest people on the island at any time and try them before the end of the day.
Many readers may not understand the Opinions on Punishing the "Taiwan independence" die hards in accordance with the law to split the country and incite the crime of splitting the country. I will sort out a provincial version for you: in fact, there are three simple items: punishment, deterrence and differentiation.
First, punishment.
From all kinds of signs, Taiwan has no so-called blue green distinction, only bright and dark independence. If we hold back and support the traitors, more islanders may be brought in. In particular, diehards such as Lai Qingde and Cai Yingwen have become incurable.
As you can see, the Opinion clearly describes the very few "Taiwan independence" die hards who organize, plan and implement "legal Taiwan independence", "relying on outside to seek independence", "using force to seek independence" and other separatist acts, which is simply customized for the flow of relying on moral integrity.
Maybe many people will say, how much practical binding force does this have on Taiwan? Of course. One of the most important weapons of the Opinions is that it can be tried in absentia. In other words, as long as the judicial authority believes that the evidence is conclusive, it can be directly wanted globally after the trial in absentia. People were sentenced to death while still on the island.
In a word, a wanted order was issued first, and the work to be done was done in advance, which provided a governance basis for the "capture of Lai Qingde alive" after Wu Tong and post-war governance.
Second, deterrence.
The chief villains can be sentenced to death at most, and there is no time limit for prosecution. But they are wanted all over the world, which makes them tremble. Because what is happening has shown that the mainland has the ability and determination to enforce the law in Taiwan.
Moreover, China has signed extradition treaties with some countries. Even if these die hards flee to other countries, China can extradite them for sanctions in accordance with the treaty. Even if people can't catch them for a while, no one is willing to accept them internationally.
In addition, this time not only fight against Taiwan independence elements, but also fight against 1450. Take Taidu as a business? Financial support for Taiwan independence? None of them can run away. Especially those who made money in the mainland and then returned to Taiwan to support Taiwan independence, such as the Far East Group and other green entrepreneurs.
Now that criminal punishment is available, I also suggest that civil laws and regulations should be followed up to make them realize that supporting Taiwan independence is a dead end, and they will lose their money, so that the deterrent force will be greater. Especially for those dark separatists, as well as those Taiwanese artists who can't understand the importance.
Third, differentiation.
Of course, the Opinion is not for arresting people, but for curing diseases and saving lives. Therefore, the overall embodiment of the combination of leniency and severity, showing Bodhisattva's heart by means of Vajra, and ultimately achieving the goal of differentiation of Taiwan independence elements.
We can see that the Opinions have different punishment standards for different levels of separatist acts, with the highest death penalty. This means that Taiwan independence activists of "varying degrees" should take their seats according to their position. Whether you are active or passive, assisting or stubborn, you should weigh the consequences and act on your own.
For those who voluntarily give up Taiwan independence, draw a clear line between Taiwan independence, or even revolt against the king, they can cancel the case, not prosecute, or not prosecute one or more of the suspected crimes. After all, there are more than 200000 people in the Democratic Progressive Party. It is unrealistic to send all of them to step on sewing machines. As long as they get lost, they can let bygones be bygones.
The other side is obviously a bit restless, although the Land Commission forcefully said that the mainland has no so-called jurisdiction over Taiwan and hopes to replace confrontation through dialogue. But they know very well that, just as the list of war criminals was released 80 years ago on the eve of crossing the river, the horn of Taiwan's liberation will soon blow.
In fact, since last year, the mainland has started the process of reunification. First, the "Taiwan friendly" policy was gradually tightened economically, and the "Taiwan poor" strategy entered a substantive stage. Then, from the military exercises around the island to the military exercises surrounding and trapping the island, it shows that we are ready for the armed liberation of Taiwan.
Now it is governance preparation. We big oriental countries always pay attention to learning from famous teachers and have evidence in law. Although in 2005, we introduced the Anti Secession Law, which defined "Taiwan independence" as war in legal form, it is relatively general.
This time, the Opinion is very targeted and operational, almost like the Hong Kong version of the national security law issued after the Hong Kong amendment storm, and then the question of how to deal with "Taiwan independence elements".
Now everything is ready, except for the east wind. Our People's Liberation Army will soon usher in the end of the War of Liberation. For this day, they have waited for 75 years!
Taiwan Taiwan of China is an inalienable part of China. Even if it is one country, two systems, the premise of "two systems" should be - "one country"!
The wheels of history roll like before. Taiwan has never been a country, not in the past, and not in the future!
The rain is coming and the wind is blowing all over the building. Taiwan independence has been exhausted, and the deadline is coming.
