These two days, there are two very shocking cases in the capital market.

One of them is Weiwei Group. Zhijiang Wine Company, a subsidiary of Weiwei Shares, has to pay consumption tax for 30 years since 1994. I think it makes people feel even more chilly and shocking.

What surprised me was Bohui Co., Ltd. in Ningbo. One of the chemical products produced by Bohui Company is called "heavy aromatics derivatives". According to the relevant regulations of the national tax department, the production of "heavy aromatics" should pay consumption tax. As a result, the company sold in the whole market in the name of producing "heavy aromatics derivatives", instead of selling them according to consumption tax invoices.

After checking, the tax department will let it pay the consumption tax according to the category of consumption tax. From last year to this year, according to the calculation of the tax department, it should pay about 500 million yuan of consumption tax. As a result, the company originally made a profit of 390 million yuan. As a result, if the company paid more than 500 million yuan of such taxes, the company would face a loss. This has brought great pressure on the company's production and sales. As a result, the company really surprised everyone and lay flat.

No matter tax, environmental protection or even industry and commerce, enterprises should implement some policies stipulated by the state, which is understandable. However, law enforcement departments should pay attention to how to view enterprises, or how to implement their own policies to ensure the normal production and development of enterprises.

In this Bohui share, I think there are three things worth thinking about.

The first consideration is the perspective of our relevant policy implementation departments. It is important to stand on the rigid point of view of policy implementation or on the point of view of reminding, supporting and developing enterprises.

For our tax revenue, if we say we should pay taxes and collect taxes, enterprises should pay taxes. I don't care about anything else. Is the tax department right? It is right to implement according to policies and regulations, because its function is to collect taxes. But has our tax department ever thought about how our enterprises can pay taxes. Where is the final tax source after you check an enterprise like this? Where are the taxes? Where does the enterprise develop? Where is the employment? Have you looked at the enterprise from a comprehensive perspective and a higher perspective. What's the difference between checking like this and killing the goose that lays the golden egg and fishing wholeheartedly?

The second is when and under what circumstances the tax department or some of our law enforcement departments come to inspect enterprises. I think this is very important. That is, we now have many enterprises that may not have access to information about relevant policies, laws and regulations.

Therefore, I think whether the policy departments of some law enforcement departments have informed the enterprises of laws, regulations, policies and relevant provisions in advance. If the enterprise is told not to execute, how should it be punished. If the enterprise fails to inform, it will violate the policy without knowing it.

I think our law enforcement department should be responsible for the same. This is the result of your failure to publicize laws, policies and regulations so that others do not know about them. In this case, I think both parties are responsible.

The third is how law enforcement departments and enterprises can jointly implement national policies, develop enterprises better, and make mutual policies better implemented in the long run. Our current enterprises should say that it is very difficult under such circumstances. But I think we still need to take a long-term perspective. Enterprises need to develop, national taxes need to increase, and employment needs to increase. Without the development of enterprises, everything else is zero.

Therefore, I think our tax authorities and law enforcement departments must remember that only after supporting enterprises, supporting enterprises and supporting their development can we have more financial resources, tax resources and employment. Otherwise, the enterprise will not exist, and there will be more social problems. Not only will the tax not come, but also will cause a lot of problems to the society. At that time, it really didn't pay off.
