The assembly of nearly 400000 NATO troops against Russia has begun. Also recently, the United States, Europe and Japan have successively imposed a new round of sanctions on China. The reason for the United States and Japan is that China supports Russia's military action. Their purpose is to force China to reduce or even interrupt its economic support to Russia by putting pressure on China. The Hungarian side publicly criticized NATO's practices. Americans know that Europe dare not go to war with Russia because it will be a nuclear war. Americans took this as a threat to force Europe to move towards the trap they had set. According to Orban, the Americans have proposed a new aid plan for Ukraine, that is, the United States will provide nearly 50 billion dollars worth of loans to Ukraine, mainly for post-war reconstruction. In fact, the assets of Ukraine have been taken over by the United States and cannot be used as collateral for loans. The United States requires that the profits from frozen Russian assets be used as repayment guarantee. It should be noted that most of Russia's overseas assets are in Europe, and only $5 billion in the United States.

If the European side agrees to this condition, the United States will promote a truce with Russia, and the two sides can basically divide Ukraine from the east to the west with the Dnieper River as the boundary. In this way, Europe can obtain a security buffer zone, Russia can expand its territory, stop fighting and recuperate, and the United States has become a huge winner. The rich resources in western Ukraine have been taken into account, and it can also rely on huge loans to constantly suck blood from Europe. Another condition of this seemingly wonderful plan is that Europe will impose sanctions on Russia indefinitely. If this plan is implemented, it will objectively replicate the pattern of the Cold War, and the new Cold War will be opened.
