The school staff said that after the incident happened at 14:35 that day, the school health care doctor arrived at the scene for emergency treatment and cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the first time. The school physical education teacher synchronously dialed 120, and the head teacher contacted the parents of the students. During the rescue, the school teacher went to the nearby Fengming Hospital to find a doctor to come together for first aid. At 14:57, the ambulance of Zhengzhou Fuwai Hospital arrived at the playground and took over the emergency work. After the students recovered their heartbeat and breathing, the ambulance started from the school and arrived at the hospital at the fastest speed for treatment.

According to the diagnosis certificate, the student was admitted to the hospital on April 29 and discharged on May 21. Discharge diagnosis: fulminant myocarditis, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, respiratory and cardiac arrest, successful resuscitation of cardiac arrest, sequelae of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, pulmonary infection, etc.
