In the same year, Wu made a big move: in April 2017, Fuyao Company, Dacheng State owned Assets Company and Jianglu Group jointly funded the establishment of Jiangxi Tea Group Co., Ltd. Restructuring Jiangxi tea enterprises is not just the "ambition" of Wu. According to public reports, the local government plans to restructure Jiangxi tea enterprises around 2020. In 2015 and 2016, Mr. Wu accompanied the then head of the Provincial Department of Agriculture to the Fuliang tea enterprise for research several times. In September 2018, before the construction of the tea garden, Mr. Wu had previously provided a counter guarantee of mortgage to a guarantee company in Jiangxi Province with a tea farm under the name of the enterprise, 752 mu of timber forest rights, etc., and signed a loan contract of 6 million yuan with the local bank. Due to the failure to repay on time, the guarantee company will take Fuyao Company to court in 2020 with a dispute over the right of recourse.
In October 2019, Huangshanyi Packaging Company sued Jiangcha Group for a dispute over the contract, and Jiangcha Group was sentenced to 418700 yuan. In March of the next year, Jiangcha Group was again listed as the executor due to the dispute over the sales contract. One month later, Wu no longer served as the legal representative of Jiangcha Group.
Since 2022, the equity of Fuyao Company in Jiangcha Group has been frozen twice by the court, amounting to 34.5296 million yuan and 11.5349 million yuan respectively. According to the public information, as of press release, the company had four pieces of information about the person to be executed, with a total amount of more than 6.74 million yuan. In addition, there were several pieces of information about equity pledge and consumption restriction orders. The total amount outstanding in the final case exceeded 5.6 million yuan.
According to the introduction of Wu's employees in the previous seven or eight years, before the crime, the employees had been managed by Jiangcha Group. The reporter saw that, except that the tea shop in the place where the incident occurred was blocked by the police, the direct store of Fuyao Company in the county town was still open normally, and the brand of Jiangcha Group was still hung.

An insider familiar with the tea garden revealed that Wu had originally wanted to borrow school resources to do tea garden research and make profits, but he didn't expect that "it would be too much to sustain for several months."
The reporter saw that the recreational facilities in the tea garden had been abandoned. As the income cannot make ends meet, the right to use the tea garden has been leased to private owners for five years. It is understood that when the research project was just launched, there was a large flow of people, and the tourism team stayed in the tea garden, which has now been withdrawn.

Du Lin said that twenty years ago, he started as a second dealer in tea and carried a tea basket to supply tea to Wu's company. He often exchanged views and discussed, "To be honest, I learned a lot from him. He didn't collect hundreds of thousands of tea every year to guide our small businesses, nor did I have my current tea company."
After the accident, Du Lin and his friends went to the hospital to see Wu's former granddaughter. The granddaughter is in good condition, and her face is scratched. Wu Moudong, Wu Mou's former son, was guarding the ward, looking haggard; He took over the company under Wu's former name in recent years. Du Lin remembered that when he supplied tea to Fuyao more than ten years ago, Wu Moudong was still in junior high school. Now there are three people missing from his family at once, and out of affection, he will not have the heart to ask for an account in the future.
