In fact, the appointment system for civil servants has been on trial for 17 years. In 2007, Shanghai and Shenzhen took the lead in the pilot project and recruited the first batch of civil servants under the appointment system in China. In recent years, the employment system of civil servants has attracted attention for many times because of "high salary".

However, not all civil servants in the appointment system are popular. In March of this year, several civil servant posts recruited by Ningxia were finally cancelled because the number of applicants did not reach the proportion of opening examination. Problems such as imperfect promotion channels and unclear renewal criteria have also led to doubts.

Among the 20 civil servant posts recruited in these ten cities, most of the salaries are 400000 to 500000 yuan per year, of which Jiujiang is slightly lower than 300000 to 400000 yuan.
