Based on similar ideas, the two sides, together with other two companies, established the first alliance focusing on sustainable office in China - Low Carbon Office Alliance, which is committed to building a green and low-carbon office scene through its own influence and business practice, promoting the green and sustainable development of the second space, and providing a path for the green development of more enterprises. In addition to building sustainable development of the industry, Jones Lang LaSalle, together with Ruian and other ecological partners, has established the industry's first enterprise alliance focusing on real estate technology innovation - Chengyue UrbanLab, aiming at accelerating the integration of space and technology with technology enterprises and interested parties, leading the digital transformation of the industry, and achieving innovative development of the industry. At present, Jones Lang LaSalle is providing office building rental agency and discretionary property management services for the Shanghai Pacific Xintiandi Commercial Center project developed by Ruian, which is also the largest comprehensive development project of Shanghai Xintiandi so far.
