Lv Feng was born in 1927 in Lulong, Hebei Province. Ten years ago, when the war of resistance against Japan was burning all over Jiuzhou, the mountains and rivers were broken, and the people suffered. At that time, Lv Feng witnessed that the Japanese invaders were raging and the national disaster was serious. However, he also saw that our party held high the banner of the anti Japanese national united front and called on all sides to unite all ethnic groups to go to the national disaster. At the age of 16, Lv Feng resolutely joined the tide of resistance against Japan and national salvation, vowed to serve the country and the people and save the nation from extinction.
After entering the revolution, Lv Feng often ran in the east of Hebei with a sincere heart and unswerving determination. He is well aware of our Party's policy of independence and joint resistance to Japan, ingeniously devising good strategies and dealing with the enemy. In 1945, when the War of Resistance Against Japan was drawing to a close, Lv Feng joined our Party with great honor. The Party emblem was shining and his ambition was high. After joining the Party, he still stayed in Jidong, and it was time for the War of Liberation. Lv Feng went deep into the countryside, established grass-roots organizations, restored order, and provided material support for our army to make its military strength grow stronger.
In 1949, when the three major campaigns were successful, Lv Feng went south with the cadre regiment to take over the work in the city. When he arrived in Henan, Lv Feng tried his best to do everything himself. Since the founding of New China, Lv Feng has successively served as the head of Lanfeng County and the head of the Civil Affairs Section of Zhengzhou Special Administration, devoted himself to the construction of the motherland and spared no effort.
In 1966, at the beginning of a special decade, Lv Feng was not immune from the impact and was sent to the "May 7th Cadre School" of the Organization Department of the Central Committee to work. After seven years of hard work, he returned to his post. After his comeback, Lv Feng successively served as the leader of the cadre group of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry and the deputy director of the Economic Cadre Bureau of the Organization Department of the Central Committee.
Time passed quickly, and it was 1983. In the same year, the Organization Department of the Central Committee reformed its internal structure. In, Lv Feng was promoted to the rank of Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee.
