It can only be said that the reasons for the losses of enterprises in our understanding are not applicable to these state-owned enterprises at all.

In fact, the reason is that a small number of people have taken too much. In state-owned enterprises, people with annual salaries of hundreds of thousands or millions are already everywhere. In private, these people think carefully and make small movements constantly.

The result is the loss of state-owned assets.
