Sometimes it is necessary to download some foreign things, but the speed of accessing foreign websites is unbearable. The hang up time is not usually long. Xunlei's offline download is a joke at present, so he decided to build an offline download server himself.

I have passed the test on CentOS 6 system, and the ed2k link can be downloaded successfully, or BT (. torrent file, see below for download method) can be downloaded.

Installation method:
Yum install mldonkey server # If not found, please install the epel source
/Etc/init.d/mldonkey start # Must be started once to generate the/var/lib/mldonkey/downloads.ini configuration file
/Etc/init.d/mldonkey stop # The service must be stopped before the above configuration file can be modified, or it will change back after the service is restarted
#Please stop the service before modifying this configuration file, otherwise the modification is invalid
vim /var/lib/mldonkey/downloads.ini
Find allowed_ips, add the local Internet IP (you can find your own computer's IP through Baidu IP keyword), find allowed_ips, and change 127.0.0.1 to your own IP address. The software can be authorized to an IP segment. See the official website document for specific setting methods.
/etc/init.d/mldonkey start
Then open it with a browser http://IP:4080 You can see the interface.

Download method:
There is a long bar (command bar) in the upper right corner of the web interface, and a button called Input is behind it. Fill in the address and click Input to add it to the automatic download (the address of the electric donkey and http). If bt is used, enter dllink/root/mulu/test.torrent, and then Input.
The downloaded files are stored in/var/lib/mldonkey/importing/by default. The downloaded files are stored in the files folder. If they are a downloaded folder (bt class), they are stored in the directories. Of course, these files can be modified.
If you are prompted when accessing:
SECURITY WARNING: user admin has an empty password, use command: useradd admin password
It means that MLDonkey has a default user whose admin password is empty and needs to set a password. (PS: MLDonkey cannot be started after the admin user is deleted)
Set a complex password for admin, and enter:
useradd admin password
Click the input button at the back.
Use the admin user to log in, and you can add another user of your own, such as:
useradd WtLoveYuesao 123456
Add a WtLoveYuesao The user's password is 123456.
