The trillions of mayflies can invade a central and western city in just one night. Grasshoppers in groups destroy crops from the air and land. Fierce spear ants attack a village in East Africa. The European starlings ready to roost over Rome are like an incredible air show. We venture into the group of these strange natural phenomena and reveal the world in their eyes through the super high-speed camera. Real scenes from TV cameras, mobile phones and cameras reproduce the moment when animals invade our lives.

Episode 2: Thousands of individuals share the same heart

In the first episode, we saw how animals invaded our world. In this episode, we will reveal the hidden wisdom behind the large-scale invasion.

When animals gather, they can form a mysterious group intelligence, which enables them to communicate and learn from each other in a strange way. Bees held a meeting to discuss the location of the new nest. Red billed Querian finches gathered together to communicate where they could find the best food. Fire ants even built bamboo rafts with their bodies to escape when their nests were destroyed by the flood. All individuals, like a giant organism, act together under the command of the same brain. A new discovery shows that animals even use collective strength to protect the earth from greenhouse effect disasters. The ability of super organism far exceeds the simple sum of all individual abilities. As in the first episode, the real lens combined with high-speed photography technology shows us the complexity of super groups and how their wisdom is affecting our human beings and the earth.
