Introduction to Ben Hur's plot

Everyone knows that this story is based on Wallace's novel Ben Hur: A Tale of the Christ. In the first part of the novel, I spent a long time explaining the birth of Jesus Christ: the Star of Bethlehem, the Three Sages coming to Korea, and so on. It was not until the beginning of the second part that pen and ink entered the house of Binhu in Jerusalem and showed Binhu and Mesara, who had grown up and met again, in front of the camera. Their past is revealed to readers through conversation. The novel also focuses on describing the similarities in appearance between Ben Hur and Mesara (making them look very like a pair of brothers), and especially implies that ethnic differences show significant differences in appearance: Mesara is a Roman, and Ben Hur is a Jew. The joy of reunion and the ethnic gap subtly implied lay the groundwork for the separation of the two in the future.
