1、 Console

The console can manage your server, and can force restart, shutdown, reset password, etc.

1. Access console address: https://ecs.console.aliyun.com/

Click Instance:

2. Reset the password The newly purchased server must reset the password before it can be used. The operation is as follows:

(1) Select the server name and click Reset Password

(2) Enter password according to rules

(3) Restart the server

After resetting the password, click Restart to restart the server

3. It is recommended to use xshell and other remote connection tools for remote connection. Take xshell operation as an example

(1) Click the top left corner to create a new terminal

(2) Enter the public IP address of the server and click Connect

(2) Enter the login user name and click OK. (There is only one root user before adding users).

(3) Enter the server password

(4) Connection succeeded

2、 Set network security group

After setting up nginx/Apache/tomcat/mysql, it is found that mysql cannot connect remotely and the nginx/Apache/tomcat page cannot be accessed. This is because Alibaba Cloud restricts the server port by default, so you can configure the network security group.

(1) On the console, click More -->Network and Security -->Security Group Configuration

(2) Click Configure Rules

(3) Click the upper right corner to quickly create rules

(4) Select the port number to be accessed. You can also add it by yourself. Fill in 0.0.0.0/0 for the authorized object.

(5) After setting, restart the server.

(6) If you still cannot access, you can try to close the server firewall
