Information to be prepared for complaint
(1) The scanned copy of the business license of the enterprise shall be clear enough (note: the address of the business license GMC address and independent station address need to be consistent).
(2) The factory photos, warehouse photos and office photos taken on the spot, among which the warehouse and factory photos need to contain clear product photos and ensure as many as possible.
(3) If the products sold have domestic or foreign patents or other certification certificates, it is recommended to provide photo proof, such as CE certification, SGS certification.
