My site is a personal blog with copyright contacts as it is for journalistic reasons, but there is no commercial action on the site. Please check your automatic categorisation. I asked plenty of times for reverification without success.

The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]

    Hi @hummitzsch

I have made an adjustment on our end that will fix the issue.

You can now add a non-commercial stats plan by going to:

    https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved now, but if you encounter any issues, feel free to respond here.

Unfortunately that doesn’t work. If I use your link the wbesite asks me to check the connection of Jetpack with my main site. But Jetpack and the website are connected. I can’t change a thing neither purchase the non-commercial licence.

    Hi @hummitzsch

To add the plan, you will need to be logged in to WordPress.com as the same user that connected your Jetpack site to WordPress.com.

Can you please check to make sure that you are logged in that user?

I’ll re-open this ticket while we troubleshoot.

Hi @lastsplash I’m checked in as that user. Nevertheless I got this error. The thing is, that I’m registered with my website at wordpress. org not .com. On wordpress.com there is an empty account, no domains, no websites, no readers. There are only error news whatever I try

If you do not see intellectures.de when logging in to your WordPress.com account at https://wordpress.com/sites , it means you’re not logged in with the correct account. You may have logged in with a different WordPress.com account, not the one you used when you first connected your site to WordPress.com.

Once you log out of your current WordPress.com account, then log back in with the correct account, you’ll see this . At that point, you will be able to go to this page and follow the flow to add a non-commercial Stats plan to your site.

I hope this clarifies things a bit. Let us know if this helps you get things working again!
