I’m unable to access the Customize option under the Appearance menu on the dashboard. It displays a message about a critical error. I noticed this issue yesterday, but I’m not sure when it started. There are regularly new sign-ups, so rolling back to a previous version is challenging. I haven’t been able to identify the plugin causing the issue. Is there a way to resolve this?
This error is caused by a different plugin on your site, “Jetpack Subscription Form“. That plugin is not developed by the Jetpack team.
I would recommend that you disable this plugin on your site, and instead add a Subscribe block to your widget area. The block provides customization options that will allow you to customize the look of the form to fit your needs.
