Hey @hortusurbanliving ,
Thanks for sharing the site URTL (and thanks @fierevere for the tweak 😉 ). I checked the Jetpack connection and there are some errors preventing the plugin to be working as expected, That could also affect the way the Woo app connects to your site too.
There are a few things I’d like you to try to fix the Jetpack connection first.
- Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that.
- If that doesn’t help, check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled, and try temporarily disabling them to see if it fixes the problem. You may also want to ensure our IPs range is allowed list and do a search for any firewall on your server side that might be blocking the communication with Jetpack – your host should be able to help you with that.
- Also, I see you’re using Cloudflare currently. Can you please make sure that you’ve followed the following guides, which outline the proper setup for Jetpack and Cloudflare?
– https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/218377098-WordPress-JetPack-and-Cloudflare
Let us know how that goes, and we’ll be here to help out if you’re still having issues.
Hi there, @hortusurbanliving ,
Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
