Many people agree that the crystal clear National Aquatics Center "Water Cube" is one of the more beautiful Olympic stadiums and gymnasiums under construction in Beijing at present. The dreamy square "bubble" effect picture left a deep impression on people. However, because this extraordinary design scheme is too "advanced" in some aspects of construction, many problems that Chinese builders will face are unprecedented and unique, and there is no answer for reference in the world. The shape of "Water Cube" is novel, and its dreamlike color is beyond the sensory enjoyment of previous buildings. But PTW's plan only gives us more than 100 design drawings to tell us what the building is, and does not tell us how to build it.
