Welcome to use Chengxintong service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and the service provider Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "1688") on your use of the service. Once you use the service, you have accepted the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to accept all the terms and conditions, you will not have the right to use the service. When you complete the registration and confirm this agreement or the actually used service by clicking "Agree" online, it means that you have understood the contents of the agreement and agreed to be bound by the service agreement, including but not limited to this agreement, the existing and updated or newly issued services of Alibaba China《 Alibaba Terms of Service 》, Privacy Policy and other rules and systems of Alibaba China.
one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight Have the right to modify and/or supplement the above terms and conditions according to the needs of service development, and publish them on Alibaba China Station at least seven days in advance. The modified terms will take effect on the date of the public notice. After the service terms are modified and come into effect in 1688, your continued use of the service shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified terms. No one shall modify this Agreement unless authorized in writing by 1688.
In this agreement, the users who use Chengxintong service are referred to as "users" or "you" for short. Please note that this agreement limits the liability of 1688, and this agreement also limits your remedies. Specific terms will be highlighted in bold and/or underlined form, and 1688 urges you to read carefully.
two service
2.1 The service you ordered includes the following functions:
(a) Identity review and authentication
If you apply for Chengxintong service, you should provide 1688 with the following information about your application for the service and verify it with the third party designated by 1688 or 1688:
I. The registered enterprise has true, legal and effective registration records in the market supervision department;
Ii. The registered contact person has the corresponding business identity in the enterprise and has been authorized to order this service for the enterprise;
iii. The legal representative of the enterprise you provided is consistent with the registration information of the market supervision department, and you provide corresponding information that meets the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations to prove it.
It should be noted that 1688 has the right to know the rationality of your other information and therefore requires you to provide corresponding information. You should perform the obligation of cooperation, and you should ensure that the information of your registered contact person, legal representative/operator (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the above personnel") is true and accurate, and with the consent of the above personnel, 1688 is based on the need to provide services, Verify the information of the above personnel. Otherwise, 1688 has the right to refuse to provide services. Similarly, during the service period, you should always keep your subject identity true, legal and valid. If there is any change to your authentication information in item (i), you should notify 1688 within three working days after the change of information and pay the relevant fees (see the website description for details), and still need to re authenticate and verify according to the procedures. You agree to take full responsibility for your failure to notify or update in time. If losses are caused to 1688 (including its partners, agents, employees, etc.) as a result, you agree to compensate for all losses (including attorney fees).
(b) Activity record
That is, the provision of your transaction information and behavior records at Alibaba China.
(c) Certificates and honors
That is to say, Alibaba China Station provides space for you to display all kinds of certificates, qualifications or honors by yourself through the technical services provided by 1688, but you should be responsible for the authenticity, legality and effectiveness of these materials.
(d) Credit Reference
That is, Alibaba China Station provides space. Through the technical services provided by 1688, you can post the recommendations and comments of your business partners on your own, but you should be responsible for the authenticity, legality and effectiveness of these materials.
(e) User evaluation
That is, Alibaba China Station provides space for you to comment and feedback on other users who have real business relations with you through the technical services provided by 1688, but you should ensure the authenticity, legality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of such comments and feedback.
(f) Publish, optimize information and enter the search page
That is, Alibaba China Station provides space. Through the technical services of 1688, you can post your business information, including its text description, pictures or photo descriptions, and through the technical services provided by 1688, you can achieve a more vivid and personalized display of such information and your home page, theme, photo album and poster on the dedicated website of Alibaba China Station. Among them, information that meets specific conditions can enter the search results page of Alibaba China Station through this service (not exceeding the maximum number of related information set in 1688); For the information of goods on sale, 1688 can set a ceiling on the number of goods on sale in your store according to your membership, store level, main industry, category, etc., and the specific rules published in Alibaba China Station shall prevail). However, you should be responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy or timeliness and completeness of the above information, and 1688 is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy or timeliness and completeness of the above information.
(g) Check or subscribe to the information of Alibaba China
That is, you have the right to view or subscribe to various information published by other users on Alibaba China by visiting Alibaba China and receiving emails; However, 1688 is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy or completeness and timeliness of the information.
(h) Through the technical service of 1688, you can identify your visitors and their intentions on the dedicated website of Alibaba China Station, and you can initiate communication invitations to interested visitors; You can analyze the visitor's visit time, region and access channel; Through the analysis of visitors, we can help you to follow up the marketing of qualified visitors, match the potential buyers who meet specific conditions for you on a regular basis, and assist you in marketing these potential buyers.
(i) Through the technical service of 1688, you can create and manage inquiries and set up inquiry reminders.
(j) Through the technical service of 1688, you can visually display your use effect and change trend, and analyze and put forward suggestions for improvement.
(k) Through 1688's technical services, you can view the market situation of relevant industries and the ranking list of products concerned on Alibaba China.
You agree to bear all commercial risks arising from the use of the information obtained from the service. 1688 The above functions of the confirmation service constitute the main part of the service described in this agreement, and the service will not be completely terminated or changed without your consent, except for the circumstances agreed in this agreement.
two point two This service is only available to entities in mainland China that can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with relevant laws. At the same time, you must have an independent name Address and subject who can pass enterprise identity authentication.
two point three After receiving your payment in 1688 and you have been confirmed to pass the identity authentication, your Chengxintong service will be opened. 1688 will notify you by email (to the email address you provided at the time of registration), and your service will take effect from the date of receiving the notification. You understand and agree that you must complete identity authentication and open the service within 1 year after completing the service order and payment. If you fail to pass the identity authentication in time, or the service is not normally opened within the above time limit due to your reasons, 1688 has the right to refuse to provide you with services and close the corresponding service order, and you can apply to 1688 for returning the corresponding service payment.
two point four If the information provided by you is incorrect or the information is changed or other reasons lead to the failure of certification, you can request re certification after modifying the information, but the cost of re certification and related service fees shall be borne by you, and payment shall be made according to the procedures in Article 5.1 of this Agreement. If the payment is not paid in full or the information you provide fails to pass the certification, you will receive a notice of 1688 and a refund. Refund is the remaining amount after deduction of certification, recertification fees and related service fees（ See the website description for certification, recertification fees and relevant service fee standards ）。 In this case, you have the right to submit a refund application to request 1688 to return the aforesaid refund to the user designated account recognized by 1688. At the same time, please also know that your cooperation with 1688 red ink printing/cancellation of invoices issued when you submit your refund application is an important prerequisite for you to obtain a refund.
2.5 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight The mode and frequency of authentication will be adjusted according to the requirements of laws and regulations, and corresponding services will be provided to you. The user hereby agrees and cooperates.
two point six one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight Confirm the identity of the user using the service according to the user account and password. The user understands and clearly states that any operation conducted through his/her account and password (including but not limited to publishing information materials, clicking to agree online or submitting various rules and agreements, online renewal agreements or purchasing other services, etc.) shall be regarded as a user's behavior, and the legal consequences thereof shall be borne by the user. The user shall properly keep the user account and password, and take full responsibility for their use. The user promises that if his password or account is used without authorization, or any other security problem occurs, he will immediately notify 1688. The user hereby agrees and confirms that 1688 will not be liable for any loss or damage not caused by 1688 due to the above circumstances.
2.7 Before the expiration of the service period, if you want to change or have actually changed the information that has been certified and verified, you should submit the "Application for Re certification of Information Change" to 1688 as required within three working days from the date of information change and pay the relevant fees, and you will be re certified. You agree to take full responsibility for the changed information provided by you, and agree to pay according to the procedure in Article 5.1 of this agreement. If you fail to submit the change information in time or pay off the money or the changed information is not certified, 1688 has the right to suspend or terminate the service provided to you, or suspend or terminate your account. During the suspension period, the service period will not be extended, and 1688 has the right not to refund the service fee if the service is terminated 。
2.8 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight The user will be provided with a dedicated web address. The user's private website will display the user's profile information. The user can inform the third person of the above contact information. The user hereby authorizes 1688 to publish and agrees that 1688 will open information to anyone who enters through the dedicated website.
2.9 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight And its partners do not guarantee or promise the authenticity, legality, accuracy, timeliness and integrity of any information provided by users using the service. In addition, the identity authentication and verification only indicate the current situation of the authentication and verification, and 1688 shall not be responsible for the subsequent changes.
2.10 On the premise of doing a good job in data confidentiality, you agree that 1688 can reasonably use your relevant registration information and operational data in Alibaba China Station and provide them to its third-party partners (such as the channel promoter of Honest Communication) when necessary, In order to better provide you with Chengxintong services and other services related to Chengxintong services (such as e-commerce technology consulting services provided by Chengxintong channel promoters). The above registration information and operation data include but are not limited to your special website profile and operation records in Alibaba China, as well as the use of relevant products in Alibaba China. Further, in order to improve the service effect and service influence, highlight your service, and bring more diversion to your dedicated website in Alibaba China, you agree that 1688 can provide your identity authentication, verification information, service logo, etc. to relevant partners during the service period and display them reasonably within their business scope, And/or relevant partners set hyperlinks to your dedicated website in Alibaba China (the specific display method and link rules are subject to the actual provision, and you should also comply with the corresponding business rules of 1688 partners) 。
2.11 In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and their related parties, as well as the verification, risk assessment and prevention of user related information, users understand and agree that when opening this service, it is also necessary to open the integrity system service (the specific service is based on the《 Alibaba Integrity System Service Agreement 》Shall prevail).
2.12 Based on the continuous development of Internet technology and the need to provide users with better services, 1688 reserves the right to decide on changes, upgrades, modifications and transfers of services and their related functions, application software, and 1688 further reserves the right to develop new modules, functions and software or services in other languages in the service. Unless otherwise specified in 1688, the provision of all the above new modules, functions and software services is still applicable to this Agreement.
3. Term of service purchased
3.1 The validity period of Chengxintong service starts from the service opening date. If the user purchases the Chengxintong service, the term shall not be less than one year. Your service term in this agreement (including the renewed service term) shall be subject to the term specified in the "Service Term" of "1688 Order". (Note: Based on the needs of service system connection, we will provide users with better services. The validity of each phase of Chengxintong service will be extended by 0-24 hours on the basis of your service period (the details shall be subject to the actual provision of the system). Users have no objection to this.)
3.2 If 1688 does not receive all the renewal payment from the user before the expiration date of the service, its Chengxintong service will automatically terminate on the expiration date of the service.
3.3 The services described in this agreement are only valid within the scope of Alibaba China. Alibaba China Station refers to www.1688.com 、 www.alibaba.cn And all subordinate domain names point to the websites and the pages of these websites. The user understands and agrees that this service is only guaranteed to be realized on Alibaba China Station through the ordinary World Wide Web. For other channels such as mobile Internet or clients, 1688 has no obligation to guarantee that it can be realized on the same basis as Alibaba China Station due to user experience, equipment development, technical restrictions and other reasons.
4. Renewal
four point one The user can apply for renewal of service to 1688 before the expiration of the original service period, but whether it is accepted or not shall be subject to 1688's opinion.
4.2 After being accepted by 1688 and before the expiry date of the original service term, the renewal user must pay 1688 all the service fees for the renewal service term in full, and the enterprise user must also conduct enterprise identity authentication again.
four point three If the renewed user passes the enterprise identity authentication before the expiry of the original service term, this agreement will automatically extend from the date of expiry of the original service term to the date of expiry of the renewed service term; If the renewed user fails to pass the enterprise identity authentication before the expiry of the original service period, this agreement will continue from the day after the renewed user passes the enterprise identity authentication to the date of the expiry of the renewed service period. If the renewal user fails to pass the enterprise identity authentication, it shall be subject to Clause 2.4 of this Agreement.
5. service charge
5.1 The service fee to be paid for services will be published on the website. All fees will be paid in advance through online payment, offline wire transfer or other methods accepted by 1688. The user can pay in RMB or other currencies licensed by 1688. You shall pay 1688 in full in the above manner within 3 working days after accepting this agreement.
5.2 The above service fee does not include any other taxes, fees or related postal expenses, otherwise the user shall make up the payment or pay the fee himself.
5.3 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight We reserve the right to unilaterally modify the price composition and payment conditions based on the needs of service development, but we will notify the user at least 14 days in advance. At the same time, the remaining service period of the subscriber's subscribed service is not affected by the 1688 service price adjustment.
6. Obligations of users
6.1 The user hereby represents, warrants and agrees that:
(a) Provide true, accurate, timely and complete information, including relevant information of users themselves and their credit references;
(b) Maintain and timely update the above information to ensure its authenticity, accuracy, timeliness and integrity.
The user hereby grants 1688 an irrevocable, global and free use license during the service period for the purpose of providing services and protecting the user's rights and interests, including its agents, employees, service providers and other partners (including but not limited to the authenticators) who provide necessary technologies and services, namely, It has the right to use the data and information provided by the user according to this agreement. Users understand and agree that once they provide information or materials when using the service, they will recognize the authorization.
If the information provided by the user is untrue, inaccurate, untimely or incomplete, or 1688 has reasonable reasons to suspect its authenticity, accuracy, timeliness and completeness, 1688 has the right to suspend or terminate the user's service qualification and refuse the user to use any existing service and any functions or services that may be provided later.
6.2 The user hereby represents and warrants that the information and products provided shall not include the following contents:
(a) Cheating, offering false offers, selling or attempting to sell fake, shoddy and stolen goods and other goods restricted or prohibited from selling and promoting by laws and regulations;
(b) Infringe or abet others to infringe the copyright, patent, trade secret or other legal rights of a third party;
(c) Violation of relevant laws, regulations, rules or decisions (including but not limited to national export restrictions, consumer protection, unfair competition and discrimination or false advertising);
(d) Insult, slander, intimidation or illegal harassment;
(e) Obscene, or containing any child pornography;
(f) Racial, gender, region, nationality, physical disability and other discriminatory or tendentious content;
(g) Any virus, camouflage program, computer worm, timing program bomb or other computer programs that deliberately destroy, maliciously interfere with, secretly intercept or occupy any system, data or personal data.
6.3 Any information released or data provided by the user using the service under this agreement must comply with the rules, release instructions and relevant text instructions published by Alibaba China Station at that time and thereafter.
6.4 The user agrees to use the service only for the purpose of real business communication between himself and a third party or contact with other users, and agrees not to engage in any form of account rental, lending, or use his account to release information on behalf of others. Otherwise, 1688 has the right to terminate the service at any time and not return the service fee, and 1688 reserves the right to investigate the user's relevant responsibilities.
6.5 The user further declares, warrants and agrees that the information provided and posted in the name of the business partner shall be approved by the business partner in advance and agree as follows:
(a) As a credit reference for users;
(b) Post their specific contact information, recommendation letters and comments;
(c) So that a third party can contact it and confirm the comment. The user further guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the recommender's comments, and waives the right to obtain the user's consent before a third party contacts the user's commercial recommender.
6.6 The user agrees and accepts that 1688 does not need to monitor the information provided by the user through the service from time to time, and edits and adjusts the above items. 1688 No confirmation, inspection or any other form of guarantee will be made for the data, information and comments provided by the user. Users must be independently responsible for the legality of all their content, and take full responsibility for the data, information or comments they provide. At the same time, 1688 reserves the right to delete any content that, according to its own judgment, is confirmed to be illegal or in violation of this Agreement, which may cause 1688 to assume responsibility for it. At the same time, the user agrees to compensate 1688 or other third parties for any losses (including relevant attorney fees, legal fees, etc.) caused by violation of laws and regulations or the use of the service under this agreement. The user further agrees that 1688 has no obligation and shall not be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, misleading, fraud, slander, infringement or violation of laws of any information posted or provided by the user or a third party. If the user suffers losses due to this, the user shall claim compensation from the poster.
6.7 According to this agreement or other licenses of 1688, users have the right to use 1688 to provide technical services such as databases and lists. In addition, other uses or attempts to use various directories, databases and lists of 1688 for commercial purposes or for copying, plagiarizing, large-scale promotion (including but not limited to sending spam, etc.) or other unauthorized purposes will be forcibly prohibited.
7. Integrity management
7.1 The user promises that he will strictly abide by the principle of good faith operation. During the service period, if the user has one of the following circumstances, he fully agrees that 1688 has the right to immediately unilaterally give different degrees of punishment, including but not limited to warning, publicity, restriction of rights, termination of service, etc. The service fee will be calculated as usual during the user's restriction period, and the service period will not be extended; The user whose service is terminated will be notified on Alibaba China, and 1688 does not need to return the service fees that have not been performed, and does not need to bear any responsibility other than those specified by law:
(a) Suspected of using the service to commit fraud or other illegal acts (1688 has the right to identify user behavior);
(b) Any third party complains that it has breached the contract by failing to deliver goods as agreed, failing to pay as agreed, or the quantity or quality of goods delivered is inconsistent with the agreement, or the delivery date is delayed, or that it has produced or sold fake and inferior products or products that infringe the legitimate rights of a third party, and has failed to provide evidence within a reasonable period required by 1688, or although it has provided evidence within the above period, However, it fails to fully prove that the above behaviors do not exist;
(c) Authorizing others to use the service or transferring or partially transferring the service to others without written consent of 1688 (including but not limited to authorizing others to use their account number and password, or transferring or disclosing their account number and password to others without authorization), or selling or offering to sell the buyer and buyer inquiry and other relevant business information they learned through the service;
(d) Stealing, deleting, modifying or adding any information of 1688 website or other users of 1688 website illegally by means of services or computer viruses/programs, or endangering the normal operation of 1688 website in any other way;
(e) It is listed in the list of serious illegal enterprises by the enterprise credit publicity system or displays abnormal business information, is listed in the list of dishonest persons to be executed by the people's court, or is punished for other violations;
(f) Other dishonest behaviors identified in 1688, or violation of other agreements or website rules.
7.2 The user understands and agrees that the scope of integrity management includes but is not limited to the current service period, previous service period, use of integrity service and non use of integrity service.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 1688 Have the right to refuse the user's subscription or terminate the user's service qualification under the following circumstances:
(a) 1688 Or its authorized third party is unable to confirm the registration data or identity information provided by the user;
(b) Termination of the Services in accordance with Clauses 3.2, 6 and 7 of this Agreement;
(c) 1688 has the right to immediately terminate the service for users who conceal their Internet service;
(d) The user violates any term of this agreement.
8.2 If a party to the agreement, except for the purpose of reorganization or merger, passes a resolution or is dissolved by a court order, the receiving party or the designated creditor representative has the right to terminate this agreement after notice.
eight point three During the term of the agreement, 1688 has the right to terminate this agreement after notifying the user by email or other written forms in order to avoid the loss of the user and 1688 under reasonable circumstances such as the user being complained by a third party for many times. This agreement is terminated when the notice reaches the user.
eight point four You know and confirm ， The service fee you paid represents the overall cost and effort you have paid to open and use the Chengxintong service 1688, which cannot be split according to your interests or the service validity period. After you open or use the Chengxintong service, if the Chengxintong service will be terminated or suspended due to the following circumstances, you should not request to refund part or all of the service fees ：
one ）You voluntarily cancel the Chengxintong service or do not have the qualification to open Chengxintong;
two ）1688 Terminate your Chengxintong service or service qualification according to this agreement or published rules;
three ）1688 Termination caused by the determination that you have violated any relevant laws, committed fraud or abused your Chengxintong merchant/membership identity, or harmed the interests of 1688 or other users 。
9. Limited liability
nine point one one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight To provide services in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and this Agreement, 1688 will provide corresponding security measures according to the existing technology to ensure the safe and normal operation of advertising services. However, 1688 will not bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract in case of service performance obstacles, performance defects, performance delays or performance content changes caused by the following reasons:
(a) Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government acts, judicial administrative orders, etc;
(b) Public service factors such as power supply failure, communication network failure or third party factors;
(c) When 1688 has managed in good faith, due to routine or emergency equipment and system maintenance, equipment and system failure, network information and data security and other factors.
9.2 The user understands that the user's use of the service to download or obtain any material is based on the user's independent judgment and bears the risk. In view of the massive information in the service and the separation of information from physical objects under the information network environment, the quality, safety, legality, authenticity and accuracy of the products and/or services involved in the user's use of the service should be carefully judged and the user should be responsible for it.
9.3 The user agrees that if any loss (including full legal fees and attorney fees) is caused to 1688 due to the use of the service (including but not limited to the display of user information on the website) or the breach of this agreement, or if any loss is caused to a third party, the user shall bear full responsibility.
9.4 Both parties acknowledge that this clause reflects the consensus reached by both parties through negotiation. Both parties fully understand the consequences of this clause and further acknowledge the rationality of this clause.
10. intellectual property right
10.1 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight It is the owner of all rights of the service. The service includes trade secrets and worldwide copyright and other intellectual property rights. All rights to the Services, including ownership and intellectual property rights, will be reserved by 1688. Other rights not mentioned in this agreement are also reserved by 1688.
10.2 one thousand six hundred and eighty-eight ， www.1688.com ， www.alibaba.cn Integrity and related signs and symbols are trademarks of 1688 in China and other countries and are protected by copyright law, trademark law and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, use or release of the above logo is prohibited.
ten point three Without the permission of 1688, the user shall not use the enterprise name, enterprise name, trademark, LOGO 1688 has the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement immediately and require users to compensate for all losses (including but not limited to investigation and evidence collection fees, notarization fees, attorney fees, etc.).
11. other
11.1 This agreement supersedes the previous oral and written consensus reached by both parties on any matter contained in this agreement.
11.2 This agreement will be subject to the laws of China and the jurisdiction of the People's Court of 1688.
11.3 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the above provisions may be separated, and the rest shall still have legal effect.
11.4 The title of this agreement is only for convenience of reading, not for the definition, limitation, interpretation or description of the scope or boundary of the terms.
11.5 1688 If the user waives the rights specified in this agreement in case of fault or breach of contract, it shall not be deemed as a waiver of other or similar faults or breach of contract in the future.
11.6 Prohibition of bribery
(a) Both parties undertake to prohibit all commercial bribery and other improper behaviors during their cooperation. Users and their staff members who, in the name of a company or a private person, directly or indirectly give cash gifts, gifts, negotiable securities to 1688 staff members or their families in private, or provide improper benefits by other disguised means, are deemed to have infringed on the interests of 1688. If verified, it will be deemed as commercial bribery and will be deemed to have caused substantial damage to 1688.
(b) If the user bribed 1688 employees, 1688 will stop all cooperation, and at the same time, 30% of the total service amount of both parties in the first 12 months (100000 if the amount is less than 100000) will be taken as the liquidated damages for anti commercial bribery, which 1688 has the right to directly deduct from the service payment payable to the user, and 1688 has the right to investigate the legal liability of the user for bribery according to the specific circumstances; If the user can actively assist 1688 in the investigation and provide corresponding evidence, 1688 will mitigate the punishment as appropriate. If the user actively reports that 1688 employees have improper business behaviors such as asking for bribes, accepting bribes, and having secret transactions with 1688 or the user company, once verified by 1688, the user will be rewarded according to the circumstances.
(c) 1688 has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and reserve the right to investigate the legal liability of users if it is verified that there is a possible conflict of interest between 1688 employees and users, or there are connected transactions (improper transfer of interests, etc.).

11.7 Anti unfair competition
