Q2: What should I do if my published activity is rejected?

On the "My Activity" page, in the "Activity Status" - "View Reason" pop-up window, view the corresponding rejection reason, and modify the activity according to the reason. If the rejection reason includes the activity qualification that needs to be provided, you can click "Upload Activity Qualification" in the pop-up window to upload the activity qualification.


Q3: How to withdraw ticket funds? How long will the withdrawal be made after the application?

Q4: How to issue participant invoices? Can I issue invoices on behalf of others?

The event organizer is responsible for issuing the invoices of event participants, and the event line platform will not issue invoices for event participants for the time being.

Q6: Can private activities be published in the activity line?

Yes, just do not check "Publish" when publishing activities.

If the above refund rules are not met or the organizer chooses [No Refund] when distributing the event, Then participants cannot apply for refund through the activity line.

Q9: What if you want to modify the bound mobile phone number/email, but the original bound mobile phone number and email cannot be used?

Hello, if any of the binding information of the registered binding mobile phone number or mailbox is cancelled or cannot be used, you can log in to the official website of the activity bank through the computer to modify it. 5.1 Settlement of ticket funds

Find your event in [Organizer Management Center - My Event - Closed], click "Event Ticket Payment", click "Apply for withdrawal immediately" or settle to the wallet for withdrawal at the bottom of the event ticket payment page (multiple event ticket payments can be settled to the wallet for withdrawal together).


Description of service charge:

Domestic WeChat, Alipay and online banking payment orders, Each Collection of paid tickets 2.5% * paid fare+1 yuan Service Charge; For international PayPal payment orders, 10% * paid ticket price+1 yuan service charge will be charged for each paid ticket. If you withdraw money to the bank account, the bank will deduct the service charge for your transfer. Please refer to the ticket withdrawal page for details.


Description of payment time:

The withdrawal applied for before 12:00 noon on the 15th of each month will be made on the 25th,

The application for withdrawal before 12:00 noon on the 30th of each month will be made on the 10th of the next month.

In case of legal holidays, the payment time shall be postponed to the next working day.


Special attention: If you are the organizer of VIP Plus or VIP Pro, the ticket will be paid within 7 working days after you apply for withdrawal.


5.2. Add Collection Account

Hello, you can log in to your activity bank account and add your collection account information at the [Organizer Management Center - Financial Center - Withdrawal - Collection Account]. You can choose to add Alipay account or bank account. After adding, we will review it within 1 working day. After the review is passed, you can apply for withdrawal on the platform the next day after your activity ends

5.3 Invoices issued by the sponsor

Hello, the activity bank can issue SMS&ticket fee invoice for the main organizer. You can log in to the official website of the activity bank and click [Organizer Management Center - Financial Center - Invoice Application] to fill in the invoice application information.


We support the issuance of electronic invoices and All applications from last Friday to this Thursday will be processed uniformly every Friday (if there is a holiday, it will be postponed) Please check it at that time. If the invoice cannot be issued in the current period due to special circumstances, it will be issued to you on the next invoice date.

7、 Real name authentication and account upgrade

7.1 Instructions for Real Name Certification of the Organizer

At present, real name certification is divided into enterprise certification and individual certification, and you need to provide corresponding qualification certificates. At the same time, we and the third-party qualification audit agency will audit the data you submitted. The audit service fee is 300 yuan/year (the audit service fee cannot be refunded). If you do not do real name certification before upgrading the sponsors of VIP Plus or VIP Pro, We will advance the audit fees for you and submit them to a third-party audit agency for qualification review.


7.2 Real name authentication process and advantages

The activity bank account supports you to bind third-party social accounts such as WeChat, QQ and Sina Weibo. You need to log into your active bank account and click "My account number -Account binding ", you can also log in directly with a third-party account in the future. If you want to modify or change the third party account later, just click to cancel the binding on this page.


9、 Activity number management

The activity number is the activity aggregation page provided by the sponsor of the activity. In the activity number, the sponsor's activities, brand information, activities and number of fans will be displayed to attract participants' interest in the sponsor.
