2、 "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services
two point one If you use the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, you can obtain the "Zhongguancun Online" client application or visit the relevant website of zol.com.cn through pre installation, third-party download authorized by the company, etc. If you do not obtain the software from the company or a third party authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the "Zhongguancun Online" product can be used normally, and the loss you suffer is irrelevant to the company.
two point two The company may develop different versions of application software for different terminal devices. You should obtain, download, and install appropriate versions according to the actual device conditions. If you no longer use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, you can also uninstall the corresponding application software by yourself.
two point three In order to better improve the user experience and services, the company will provide the update or change of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services from time to time (including but not limited to software modification, upgrade, function enhancement, development of new services, software replacement, etc.), and you can choose whether to update the corresponding version according to your needs. In order to ensure the safety of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services and improve user services, after the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services are partially or completely updated, the company will prompt you in an appropriate way (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, website letters, etc.) when feasible, and you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; If you choose not to update, some functions of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services will be restricted or cannot be used normally.

two point five You understand that the use of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services requires the preparation of terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) related to software and related services. Once you open the "Zhongguancun Online" products or visit the website in the terminal equipment, it is deemed that you use the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services. In order to fully realize all the functions of "Zhongguancun Online", you may need to connect the terminal equipment to the network. You understand that you should bear the required costs (such as traffic fees, Internet access fees, etc.).
two point six The company grants you a personal, revocable, non transferable, non exclusive and non-commercial legal right to use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are still reserved by the company. You must obtain the company's written permission before exercising these rights. At the same time, the company's failure to exercise any of the above rights does not constitute a waiver of this right.
two point seven You can start using "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services without registering, but some functions or services may be affected. At the same time, you also understand that in order to enable you to better use the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services and ensure the security of your account, certain functions and/or certain individual services (such as publishing services, review services, etc.) will require you to provide real name registration of real identity information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations before use.
two point eight If you find any content infringing your rights in the "Zhongguancun Online" product or website, you can notify the company according to the complaint channel and provide evidence of your relevant rights. The company will deal with your complaint in a timely manner according to relevant laws and regulations. 3、 About Account Number

You have the right to choose a legal character combination as your account and set your own password that meets the security requirements. The account and password set by the user are the credentials for the user to log in and use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services as a registered user.
three point two Account cancellation. If you need to terminate the use of "Zhongguancun Online" account service, you can apply for cancellation of your "Zhongguancun Online" account if the following conditions are met:

(2) You are still responsible for your behavior before you cancel your account and during the use of "Zhongguancun Online" service;

three point three You understand and promise that the account you set up shall not violate national laws and regulations and the relevant rules of the company, and your account name, avatar, profile and other registration information and other personal information shall not contain illegal and harmful information, Without the permission of others, it is not allowed to open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to using others' names, names, shop names, avatars or other ways that can cause confusion), and it is not allowed to maliciously register "Zhongguancun Online" accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.). The company has the right to review the information you submit. In the process of account registration and use, you need to comply with relevant laws and regulations to infringe upon national interests, damage the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, and harm social morality.
three point four The account you registered in "Zhongguancun Online" is only for your own use. Without the company's consent, it is prohibited to give, borrow, lease, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account. If the company finds or has reasonable reasons to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, in order to ensure the security of the account, the company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account, and has the right to permanently disable the account.
three point five You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear all legal liabilities for the activities you engage in in in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to all legal liabilities that may arise from any data modification, speech publication, payment and other operations you make on "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password and not disclose them to others under any circumstances. If you find that others use your account without permission or any other security vulnerabilities occur, you should immediately notify the company.
three point six If you lose your account or forget your password, you can appeal to the company for recovery of your account or password in a timely manner according to the company's appeal channel. You understand and agree that the password recovery mechanism of the company only needs to identify the consistency between the information filled in the complaint form and the system record data, but cannot identify whether the complainant is a real authorized user of the account. The company specially reminds you to keep your account number and password properly. When you finish using it, you should exit safely. If you suffer from number theft or password loss due to your improper storage or other irresistible factors, you will bear the corresponding responsibility.
3.7 When you register, use and manage your account, you should ensure the authenticity of the identity information filled in when you register your account. Please use authentic, accurate, legal and valid relevant identity certification materials and necessary information (including your name and email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) when you register and manage your account. According to relevant national laws and regulations, in order to use some functions of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, you need to fill in the real identity information. Please complete the real name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and pay attention to updating the above related information in a timely manner. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, or the company has reasonable and illegal information, the company has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant functions. three point eight In addition to self registering the "Zhongguancun Online" account, you can also choose to log in and use the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services by authorizing the use of other software or platform user accounts that you legally own, including but not limited to the company and/or its affiliates, as well as third-party software or platform user accounts registered in real name, However, the third-party software or platform is not restricted or prohibited. When you log in and use the above existing account, you should ensure that the corresponding account has been registered in real name, and the relevant terms of this agreement are also applicable.
three point nine You understand and agree that in addition to logging in and using "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, you can also log in and use other software and services provided by the company and its affiliates with "Zhongguancun Online" account. When you log in with the "Zhongguancun Online" account and use the aforementioned services, you will be bound by the user agreement and other terms of the actual provider of the aforementioned software and services.
three point one zero After you complete the account registration and login of "Zhongguancun Online" and conduct reasonable and necessary authentication, you can browse and modify your personal identity information at any time. You understand and agree that you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the time of registration for the sake of security and identification (such as account or password recovery complaint service). You can also apply to cancel your account. The company will assist you to cancel your account after completing the reasonable and necessary verification of your personal identity, security status, equipment information, infringement complaints, etc., and delete all information about your account according to your requirements, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.
three point one one You understand and agree that in order to make full use of account resources, the company has the right to withdraw your account if you fail to log in for the first time after registration or fail to log in for more than six consecutive months. If your account is withdrawn, you may not be able to log in and use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services through your previous account, and any personalized settings and use records saved under your account will not be recovered. Before withdrawing your account, the company will give you a prompt in an appropriate way. If you have not logged in or used your account within six months after receiving the relevant prompt, the company will withdraw your account.
If your account is withdrawn, you can log in and use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services by registering a new account. Your behavior of registering a new account, logging in and using it is still subject to the relevant provisions of this agreement.
4、 User personal information protection
four point one The company is committed to the protection of your personal information (that is, information that can identify you independently or in combination with other information) together with you. Protecting users' personal information is one of the company's basic principles. In the process of using "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, you may need to provide your personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, location information, device information, etc.), so that the company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. The company will protect your right to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information and revoke your authorization according to law, and will use encryption technology, anonymous processing and other technical measures and other security measures that match the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services to protect your personal information. four point two The company may recommend personalized content to you according to the recommendation algorithm. 5、 User behavior specification
5.1 User behavior requirements
You should be responsible for your use of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services. Unless permitted by law or with the company's prior written permission, you should not use "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services with the following behaviors:

(5) Entering the public computer network or other people's computer system without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information;
(6) Attempt to probe, scan and test the weakness of the "Zhongguancun Online" system or network without permission or other acts that undermine network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the "Zhongguancun Online" system or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Forge TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(9) Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, compile or otherwise try to discover the source code of the software for "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services;

(11) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, the company's relevant rules and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
5.1.3 If the company has reason to believe that your behavior violates or may violate the above agreement, the company can independently judge and deal with it, and has the right to terminate providing services to you without prior notice, and investigate relevant legal liabilities.
five point two Information content specification
5.2.1 After you complete the real name authentication as required, you can log in to "Zhongguancun Online" to publish information, interact and comment with your registered account or "Zhongguancun Online" cooperation platform account. The attention and fan information that you and other users have generated from relevant operations in "Zhongguancun Online" will be displayed to other users.
5.2.2 The company is committed to making the release of information, interactive communication and comments into civilized, rational, friendly and high-quality exchanges of views. While promoting the development of information publishing, interactive communication and comment business, we should constantly strengthen the corresponding information security management capabilities, improve the self-discipline of information publishing, interactive communication and comment, earnestly fulfill social responsibilities, comply with national laws and regulations, respect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, and respect social order and good customs.
5.2.3 The information you produce, comment, upload, publish and disseminate should consciously abide by laws and regulations, comply with public order, respect social morality, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, ethics and information authenticity and other "seven bottom lines" requirements, otherwise the company has the right to take immediate measures. You agree and promise not to produce, copy, publish or disseminate the following information:

(2) Endangering national security and divulging state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting secession and undermining national unity;
(4) Damage to national honor and interests;
(5) Advocating terrorism and extremism;
(6) Publicizing national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
(7) Inciting regional discrimination and hatred;
(8) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;
(9) Fabricating and spreading rumors and false information, disrupting economic and social order and undermining social stability;
(10) Spreading or spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crimes;
(11) Infringe the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damage their physical and mental health;
(12) Insult or slander others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(21) Infringe the legitimate rights and interests of minors or damage the physical and mental health of minors;
(22) Violating the legal rights of others by secretly photographing or recording others without their permission;
(23) Including terrorist, violent, bloody, high-risk, and harmful contents to the physical and mental health of performers themselves or others, including but not limited to the following situations

(24) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of "Zhongguancun Online" or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
five point three The company has set up a public complaint and reporting platform. You can complain to the company and report all kinds of illegal behaviors, illegal dissemination activities, illegal and harmful information and other contents according to the complaint and reporting system publicized by the company. The company will accept and deal with your complaints and reports in a timely manner to jointly create a clean and healthy network space.
6、 Information content usage specification of "Zhongguancun Online"
six point one Without the written permission of the company, any user or third party shall not, or authorize, allow or assist any other person to, conduct the following acts on the information content of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services:

(1) Without the prior written consent of the company, the above data shall not be publicized, provided or disclosed to any third person in any way for the relevant hot search words, hit rate, classification, search volume, click rate, reading volume and other relevant data captured, counted and obtained;
(2) Do not make any form of changes to the source pages of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, including but not limited to the home page links of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services, advertising system links and other entrances, and do not obstruct the display of the source pages of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services in any form, such as blocking, inserting, pop-up, etc;

8、 Advertising

9、 Intellectual property
nine point one The intellectual property rights of the content (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, charts, layout, electronic documents, etc.) provided by the company in the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services belong to the company. The copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the company provides the "Zhongguancun Online" service belong to the company. Without the permission of the company, no one is allowed to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading through any robot or other programs or devices) the content of "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services.

9.6 Under no circumstances should you privately use any trademark, service mark, trade name, domain name, website name or other prominent brand features (hereinafter collectively referred to as "logo"), including the company's "Zhongguancun Online". Without the prior written consent of the company, you shall not display, use or apply for the registration of trademarks, domain names, etc., or express or imply to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise deal with these logos, either alone or in combination. If you use the above trademarks and logos of the company in violation of this agreement and cause losses to the company or others, you shall bear all legal liabilities.
10、 Default treatment
10.1 For your violation of this Agreement or other service terms, the company has the right to independently judge and take measures such as advance warning, refusal to publish, immediate stop of transmission of information, deletion of content or comments, short-term prohibition of publishing content or comments, restriction of some or all functions of the account until termination of service provision, permanent closure of the account, etc, The company will not assume any responsibility for the consequences of your failure to use your account and related services, or to obtain the assets or other rights and interests in your account. The company has the right to announce the processing results and decide whether to restore the use of relevant accounts according to the actual situation. For acts suspected of violating laws and regulations or committing crimes, the company will keep relevant records, and has the right to report to the relevant competent departments, cooperate with the relevant competent departments in investigation, and report to the public security organ according to law. The company has the right not to restore the deleted content.
10.2 If you violate the provisions of this Agreement or other service terms, resulting in a third party complaint or litigation claim, you shall handle it by yourself and bear all possible legal liabilities arising therefrom. If the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies and successor companies compensate for any third party or suffer punishment from the state authorities due to your illegal, tort or breach of contract, you shall also fully compensate the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies and successor companies for all losses incurred as a result.
10.3 The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights and interests of users and others. You guarantee that the words, pictures, videos, audio, links, etc. uploaded when using the "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services will not infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights and other rights and legitimate rights of any third party. Otherwise, the company has the right to remove the suspected infringement content after receiving the notice from the obligee or related parties. For all claims made by a third party, you shall handle them by yourself and bear all possible legal liabilities arising therefrom; If the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies and successor companies suffer losses (including economic and goodwill losses) due to your infringement, you should also fully compensate the Company and its affiliates, controlling companies and successor companies for all losses.
11、 Disclaimer
11.1 You understand and agree that "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services may be affected or interfered by various factors. The company does not guarantee (including but not limited to):
11.1.1 "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services are fully suitable for users' use requirements;
11.1.2 "Zhongguancun Online" products and related services shall be free from interference, timely, safe, reliable or any error; Any software, services or other materials obtained by the user through the company meet the user's expectations;
