Delay must be compensated
5% of the order amount (excluding postage), up to 3000 yuan, will be compensated for the delayed delivery caused by the factory.
Quality assurance
If the quality of goods is inconsistent with the agreement due to factory reasons, 1% of the order amount (excluding postage) shall be compensated, up to 1000 yuan; Compensation for inspection expenses, up to 5000 yuan.
Printing error compensation
If the picture, text or logo of the light customized goods are misprinted, 5% of the return refund amount (excluding postage) will be paid, up to 3000 yuan.
Fund security
The first and last payment is paid online to the platform, and the factory will collect the payment only after the receipt check is correct and the receipt is confirmed.
Real factory service guarantee
If the buyer finds that the merchant is not a real factory, he can provide valid vouchers (including photos of the gate of the merchant's shop, photos of the production and operation environment, etc.) to apply for compensation. The buyer can only apply for compensation for orders that have been shipped within 90 days, have not confirmed receipt, and are in the status of refund and return. The compensation amount is 5% of the order amount and does not exceed 500 yuan (inclusive). The buyer can only get one compensation payment from the same merchant at most. Businesses collude with buyers and other risky orders, and do not enjoy real factory protection.
