I seldom drive in recent months, and the car should have no warm air for a while, but this winter is not too cold, so I always choose to ignore it. The temperature suddenly dropped a few days ago, and the weather forecast said it would snow. It was freezing hard to drive to the countryside. Originally, there was no warm air, but it could not support the front wind and fog, so we had to blow air to remove fog. It's not enough to just blow cold air. You must turn on the air conditioner to remove fog. It's cold... If you want to go out for the Spring Festival, you must fix the warm air.

I read the blog, This fault has existed for 21 years Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. It's been dragging on for more than a year. In the middle, I also asked the car repairman to remove the center console, which was expensive and I couldn't get down to it. Moreover, the online video said that the cold and hot air conversion motor could be removed and reinstalled. I wanted to save money by myself, but I struggled several times to find the motor. Now I play dithering. I searched the warm air fault of Chang'an CS55 on dithering and found another video. Although there is still no detailed disassembly video, the position of the motor is almost photographed. Combined with the videos I have seen before, as well as several videos of dithering that only show the results without talking about the process, the high probability of my failure is also a problem of the cold and hot air conversion motor.

Once again, we finally found the location of the cold and hot air conversion motor. It is not necessary to remove the copilot's storage box and the filter element of the air conditioner. Just pull down the baffle under the storage box and you can drill down to the bottom to remove the motor. At that time, I was not sure whether it was true. Anyway, there was nothing else in that position compared with the audio and video. The space is narrow. It's hard for people to drill down, and there is no suitable tool to use (ordinary screwdriver is too long to be used). I had to go to a mechanic for help.

He told the master that there was no warm air and that the cold and hot air conversion motor needed to be removed. It was completed within three minutes after drilling. Unfortunately, there is no way to capture the specific operation of the master at that position. Looking at the action of the master, I felt that he just loosened the screws, but didn't unscrew them, let alone dismantle the motor. Because the car was at idle speed, the temperature regulating knob was also turned to the maximum temperature. Maybe the master loosened the screws and the motor was loosened. There would be hot air soon, so he didn't remove it, and directly tightened the screws to finish the work. Finally, the master confiscated my money and let me go home happily.

It is estimated that this fault will recur in the future, but if you know what the problem is, it will be easier to solve it.
