How does Typecho block spam messages

Unlike WordPress, Typecho does not have a magic tool like Akismet. Every day, there are several spam messages to be reviewed in the background.

I want to get an arithmetic verification code for the message, but I can't find a plug-in that can be used directly. I tried to add the code several times, but none of them succeeded.
