Cupid V3 Pro has been in hand for some days, but to be honest, I haven't really flown

After all, this is not the kind of remote control toy for children's helicopter that costs a hundred yuan. It is easy to fly and resistant to falling. Seeing this, I'm afraid someone will ask, why do you spend so much money to buy a piece that is difficult to fly? If you break a part, you will lose dozens of dollars?

To put it simply, children's toys are certainly not playable for adults like us. If they can rise and fall, move forward and backward, rotate left and right, they will reach the sky. It is impossible to fly a route, let alone fly a pattern. What's more, it doesn't have DIY and upgrade features. What's the fun of being able to withstand falling again? I'm not looking for something to fall and play with to vent my depression. Children's toys are simple, safe and easy to operate, so when you pay attention to them, you will find that children's remote control helicopter toys are of double propeller coaxial structure, that is, there are two large propellers and no small propellers on the tail. Some of them are purely decorations, which do not work (the famous Ka-50 armed helicopter in Russia is such a structure). The helicopter with this structure relies on two large propellers rotating in the opposite direction to offset the spin force, so it is relatively stable. The fuselage is not easy to spin, and it is easy to fly. For children, as long as they can fly high, they will be happy. It is estimated that they have never considered landing, so this kind of toy helicopter is also particularly resistant to falling. The remote control helicopter of aircraft model level is different. They are all of single blade structure, equipped with gyroscope and tail rotor to balance the spin. The power comes from high-power motors and even fuel engines, so the destructive power and danger are far beyond the scope of toys (there has been a tragedy of model planes hitting people!). In addition to the difference in size and weight between the real aircraft and the real aircraft, there is no difference in other physical properties, and it can even make the flight action that the real aircraft cannot fly out (after all, the real aircraft is subject to the overload limit that the pilot can bear). Another difference is that toys are more high-tech, which of course means that players have to pay more money. People who do not know aircraft models often think that controlling them is the same as playing games. If I want them to go left, they will go left, and if I want them to go up, they will go up... In fact, in addition to the imbalance of forces on the model itself, they are also affected by the outside world, such as wind, wind direction, airflow, etc. Playing aircraft models is to control its balance, and then play various tricks on the basis of this balance. When people around me saw how I could not fly or fell as soon as I flew, they always said that the plane was not good, not that the person's skills were not good. Because they thought it was just a toy, and anyone could make it fly into the sky. They never thought that it was actually a technical thing... In fact, playing model aircraft is far from being as simple and easy as outsiders imagine. If you can't understand it, you might as well recall the embarrassing situation when you stumbled and broke your knee when learning to ride a bicycle

Having said so much, I just want to let you know that aircraft models can not simply be equated with toys, nor can they fly.

I bought an E-SKY Lama V3 in 2008. The twin oars are coaxial, which is a little more professional than toys, but also a little more expensive. In the model airplane competition of junior high school students, one project is to fly this kind of helicopter.

 Please enter a picture description

This kind of helicopter is really easy to fly, but it is not so easy to stabilize it in the air, and the response to operation is relatively slow. After all, this kind of twin propeller coaxial machine suitable for beginners emphasizes stability rather than flexibility. Because the space available for flight was not large at that time, either the rotor or the tail was broken, and the wind resistance was poor, so it was not suitable for outdoor play, so after playing for a while, it was stuffed under the bed to accumulate dust.

However, through Lama V3, we have a certain understanding of helicopter control, so now we can play a higher level single screw helicopter, which is a bit basic, so it will not blow up too badly (the crash of model aircraft is called blowing up).

Cupid V3 is larger, more powerful and more sensitive than LamaV3. Hold it in your hand and increase the throttle, you can feel a lift, as if you can't wait to get rid of the shackles and soar. So far, 9 batteries have been flown. Let's call it flying. Although I spent a lot of time doing ground exercises, I had already broken two aileron links. The main propeller and tail rotor were injured all over, and the sled also broke one foot. It's hard enough for Cupid V3. If we replace it with Lama V3's thin arms and legs, it's estimated that the bones would have been lost.

The problem now is that as long as the accelerator is increased, the fuselage will rotate counterclockwise, indicating that the tail rotor can not balance the spin caused by the main rotor. After being consulted by the forum and Q group, it was learned that the tail rotor should be replaced. But I don't have the tools to screw the internal hexagonal set screw! I have no choice but to temporarily suspend the flight, and wait for my professional tools to arrive
