Education departments (education commissions) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Education Bureau:
According to the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Key Tasks for the Construction of a Learning Society (Jiao Zhi Cheng Han [2023] No. 9) to strengthen the construction of learning communities, the Ministry of Education launched the promotion of typical cases of county community learning centers and community education brand courses. With the recommendation of provincial education administrative departments, comprehensive inspection by experts, website publicity and other links, 100 typical cases of county community learning centers such as Shunde Mode of Community Education Leading the Inheritance and Innovative Development of Local Culture, and 300 community education brand courses such as Breaking the Genetic Code (see the annex for details) are now promoted. Typical cases of county community learning centers and materials related to community education brand courses introduced will be displayed and shared on the community lifelong learning website and the national open university lifelong education platform.
All local schools are invited to learn from the actual situation, further strengthen the construction of county community learning centers, establish a sound network of county community learning centers integrating urban and rural areas, continue to promote the connotation construction of community learning centers, establish an open sharing mechanism for high-quality learning resources, promote the radiation of high-quality digital learning resources to communities in rural and remote areas, and provide intelligent, flexible Inclusive sharing, fair and accessible lifelong learning support services.
